Had my hair cut here when my hair was a pixie cut and had decent experiences but as I was letting my hair grow out, hadn't been in for a few months. Now we're at Bob length and I went to get it cleaned up and shaped. Uneven, ugly, and horrible are just the beginning. So I let it grow out another few months and was stupid enough to go back to the same place and it's back to uneven and shaped like a Christmas tree. Ugh. Now I have to go somewhere else to pretty much go back to a pixie cut because how much length it's going to take to fix it. I will absolutely not be back.

Had an awesome experience at Great Clips! The haircut turned out perfect, and the shampoo was such a nice touch—super refreshing. The staff was professional and kind, and the salon was incredibly clean and well-kept. I’m definitely coming back. Great job, Great Clips! 💯💇♂️🧼

My mom took my daughter yesterday to get her haircut. They called ahead to make sure someone knew how to do the haircut she wanted. It looks nothing like she wanted and she’s really really upset. She’s waited months to grow her hair out to get the cut she wanted. It looks like the stylist didn’t even try to cut it like what she wanted. I won’t take my daughters or myself to a great clips again. I even went to a great clips here in Tucson and they butchered my hair too. What upsets me the most is that they called ahead to make sure she would get what she wanted and they just lied to get business? Idk why you would tell someone they could do it. Makes absolute no sense to me.

The lady that cut my wife's hair was rude by talking diff language w her friend instead to her, did not ask if wanted her hair shaved off in the back, cut it extremely short next to no conversation. When wife asked her at the beginning to cut it bit shorter in the back, her reply was no, I'm cutting it short and all the same, so she cut it like a short man's hair cut. My wife was in tears when we got out of there! We will never go there again.

I Came in and everyone was friendly and well so was my stylist however, I asked for some nice bangs, even showed a picture too.
This lady, yes I do not know her name proceeded to, um.
- She did not wet my hair/bangs while cutting my bangs because it will “shrink the hair” however, Salon Stylists Prefer Cutting hair whilst it’s wet because it will allow a precise cut and a better shape.
- This lady proceeds to point on my bangs where I wanted it to be cut, she didn’t ask how many inches off from my eyebrow.
These two actions are a COMMON thing learned in Cosmetology Schools & If you can’t do those things right maybe you should go back to the Cosmetology school you learnt from and relearn again.
These two actions also led up to my bangs being completely uneven and waaay up on my forehead.
Every other haircut I’ve gotten for my bangs or even my hair, they wetted my hair. I WONDER why! So it’s not uneven, and it’s a precise haircut. My bangs don’t even look like they’ve been cut with Hair Scissors, They looked like they’ve been chopped with a cleaver or cut with Kitchen Scissors.
Don’t come here, Honestly go to a supercuts or even a DIFFERENT Greatclips.
I’ve had wonderful experiences at Other Greatclips in town but my god this one was horrible.
All The other greatclips sprayed my hair with water and all my haircuts came out perfect because of that reason.

This establishment had a nice atmosphere and did an amazing job. If you ever need someone I recommend Antonio or Micky. Both are amazing at what they do.

We go to this establishment for one reason. This reason is Mikie. He is an absolute thrill to be around and he makes our cutting experience enjoyable and want to keep coming back. He does my wife's, daughters, sons, and my hair. We started going to him when he was at the Florence location and followed him to the promenade location due to his friendly and welcoming mentality. He is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. I will no longer go anywhere else that doesn't have Mikie as a stylist. Five stars for Mikie and Great Clips. Will definitely recommend to everyone I encounter.

I take my kids here all the time for their cuts. My son used to me so nervous and couldn't stay still. Until we met Mikey. Super grear with my little guy and now he loves hair cuts.
Antonio cut my hair and was so sweet and had great feedback and tips for my type of hair.
Bith guys took my daughter and I right before closing plus three other customers. They were fun, great communication, and did a great job. Thank you for always providing an amazinig and great job. Highly recommend.

Mikey and Antonio are so amazing. I chopped maybe six inches or more and Mikey styled it just like I wanted. I was excited for my cut and he did not let me down. Both stylists are so sweet and have such good energy. They did both my Mom and my haircut prior to closing and they were so helpful and so sweet. Thank you for giving me my hair style right before my prom. Super excited and highly recommend.
