A couple of weeks ago my 62 your old dad withdementia wanted me to order him a pizza since he didn’t know how, since I live so far away I couldn’t pick it up myself, so I called the store and told a lady that I would be paying for it over the phone and that it will be under his name to pick up when my dad got there he saw his pizza ready and so he went to leave only for a guy claiming that he’s a manager to snatch the pizza and tell him he didn’t pay for it. My dad said my daughter paid for it but instead of this so-called manager going to look at his system to see if he actually paid for it. He accused my dad of stealing even though he said he had a screenshot of the receipt but he insisted on having a screaming match with him telling him he was not gonna get the pizza because he didn’t pay for it. My dad also had me on the phone while I’m trying to send him more screenshots of the money taken out of my bank account. Finally me and my dad got him to do his job and go look at the system to see if it was paid for and he realized that it was in fact paid for. However even when he realized he was in the wrong, instead of apologizing he called my dad a name and told him he wasn’t getting the pizza and to get out his store just to try to prove a point. My dad is crippled and can barely make it out of his house on most days, he finally got the strength to get out that day to have a meal only for him to be turned away just because a manager wanted to have power trip.

Was the worse experience I have ever had. This store needs training in many areas. I did not get my order of wings and all I wanted was my money back for the wings. First Lady that answered said they could only give me a credit but I only want my money back for an item I did not get. Also one pizza was burned. I was willing to accept the credit but I wanted to write down on whom I spoke to so that when I do go back I know at least who to ask. Nope, they rudely started saying they don’t need to give me their name. I said I will just call corporate and she said they don’t care because they are a franchise. I asked for the manager and she hanged up. Unacceptable! I called back again spoke with the manager and same thing. We had to go in the store to make him understand that it is not correct what they are doing. I should be able to get a partial refund for an item I did not get. Eventually my husband went in the store and gave us a full refund because he was unable to give a partial one & said we are no longer welcome in the store. Training from the cook for the burnt pizza, cashier and manager for not having a single clue in customer service, bad manners, no good work ethics and no pride in their jobs. They made a mistake and they don’t take accountability for it. It says so much of their character and hope they change that to improve their interpersonal skills.

It's hard to know where to start. I ordered the thin crust 3-topping pizza special online for $9.99 (it use to be $7.99). When I went to the cart to check out, the pizza was $10.99. Their answer (excuse) when I went to pick up the pizza was: " Oh ya, they charge an extra dollar for any meat topping"... "they need to fix that" he said. I said: "You need to tell people when they order". Bottom line the way I see it is that... it's FALSE ADVERTISING. The 3-topping pizza special is NOT $9.99, but rather $10.99! (plus tax). Next, the crust was so thin, that it was more like a Wafer and much, much thinner than any other thin crust pizza I've had. It reminded me of one of those Norwegian thin flat bread crackers that practically melt in your mouth (wow). There was no tomato sauce what-so-ever and you couldn't even hardly see the green pepper or black olives. The meat (italtian sausage) was acceptable (barely). the crust was so thin it was burn't all around the outside edge. I took a kitchen shears to cut off the burn't part so I could eat some of it (another big "wow"). I had to throw out part of the pizza mostly due to the fact that this was not acceptable food. Basically - I felt Had!!They also charge you "Extra" for regular portions of any meat or veggies - Not EXTRA Meat or Veggie, but rather just a normal portion you might get anywhere. This was a CON JOB from beginning to end! Needless to say they lost my business. I guess it's back to Papa John's or Caesar's. Oh, did I mention that the parking is a NIGHTMARE.

Sooooo... We had some drama at Domino's on Christmas Eve, which is no surprise because their customer service is horrible but we had some coupons so what the hell. Anyway, they forgot part of the order and the driver said he'd be right back. You guessed it, he didn't come back!! I called the store 30 minutes later and the manager was so rude and said he would give me a credit because all of the drivers went home! I told him I didn't want a credit, if he wasn't going to bring the salad then refund my money. He said we don't do that. So because of his attitude and rudeness I told him I would just contact corporate. Corporate never reached out so I went tonight to get my salad and of course the same manager answered the phone and remembered me and just had the cockiest tone in his voice and told me that he "removed the credit because I was going to contact corporate so there is no credit, so contact corporate, have a nice day". Not happy with my order tonight. I doubt I'll be ordering from them again. I live literally 6 blks away from the store, and I received a cold pizza. I'm not able to drive anymore and I couldn't walk there as I'm in a wheelchair. This is the first time making a comment... they lost a customer, and it's hard taking a photo of cold pizza.

Dominos used to be my favorite place to eat and now I will never go again.The manager was told to cancel the medium pizza for my family andThey neglected to call us.This is no longer worth it coupled withNow any sauce other than pizza sauce is now a topping.

I want to say the staff deserves 5 stars. The company is what I’m giving 2 stars. We placed an online order and got a 20 min wait time when we called an hour later the worker stated they only had 1 delivery driver. We waited 2 hrs for our food. It would have been convenient if we knew about it upfront to change to delivery no problem. How incredibly overwhelming for 1 driver on a Saturday night to be the only driver. Thank you crew members for all you do and making it up to us. Dominos staff people accordingly and if you can’t do that right at least pay the employees that show up and do right to your customers more !
