Once again Discount Tire proves why they are the best in town. Open amid a remodel and Elite Towing had to pick up my truck from my house with 2 bad tires. I told Jared and the tech what happened (tire blew in my driveway from age and heat) he got me 5 new tires (spare was flat too) and on the road to get to work in great time. They were very friendly as always and quick with the turn around. I recommend no one else in town.

Service was quick but with the quick service quality was given up. Discount installed 37s on my truck, I was stoked and excited until I hit the I-10. My truck violently shook above 70mph, shaking the physical seats inside the truck and all the mirrors. I took the truck to big boy tires to have them checked and upon pulling off my first wheel we found 12oz of weight added to a single wheel, threw the wheel on a balancer and it was still 9oz out of balance. Nick at big Boys pulled all the weight off and was able to balance the wheel using only 5oz of weight total. This was the same story for the other 3 wheels and tires, we also discovered my rear tires were aired up to 87psi when right on the tire it list a max of 65psi. To add insult to injury my rear tires were balanced dynamically while the front were only done statically, all these wheels and tires are on the same truck so why balance them using different methods??? If you have a truck with a lift and larger tires I would not recommend getting them done here. I paid over $2000 dollars and still had to shell out an additional $80 to have the job done correctly that I had already paid for.

Very busy! I had made a 3 pm appointment online 4 days ago but they couldn't find it. Rescheduled for Monday at 330, we'll see. Back again for my tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour. 6 people waiting, 3 people on the counter. At times l, no one on the counter. 2 guy said he would be back in a minute, never saw him again. 3 more people came in and turned around and left. Note, they're undergoing a remodel. Seems like it's a little lacking in customer service like a lot of businesses today. The staff is friendly, when you get waited on, that's why I left 4 stars. And I love the tires I purchased!

I went in to get new tires on my truck. Customer service was great in sales. I wanted to give a shout out to one of the tire techs though. They weren't very busy and while others seemed to be just getting through their day Jacob was hustling to get my truck done and while still smiling and seemed to love his job. Thank you Jacob I look forward to my next tire change.

We brought our 43 foot RV in for new tires on Feb 28. The crew that installed the tires, Claudia, Austin and Jacob, did an excellent job. We found them to be very professional, knew what they were doing and were very friendly. They took care of our home on wheels and made us feel well taken care us. Exactly the employees we would be looking for if we weren’t retired! Thanks crew!!!

Alex was amazing! Super down to earth and he went above and beyond. I travel full-time in my van, so finding kind and trustworthy folks to work on my van is always a concern. I definitely recommend Discount Tire in Casa Grande!
