Went through drive thru and noticed person in front of me using the phone receiver. When it was my turn they told me to pick up the phone receiver. I didn't want to because I just tested negative for covid after testing positive for two weeks.I told him that and asked them when they were going to fix the intercom because it isn't sanitary for sick people to use the same phone receiver. He said he didn't know.Having every person in a pharmacy drive through use the same phone receiver is like having them use the same kleenex.Number one concern needs to be to limit the spread of germs...Fix it please!

Waited a whole 2 hours for a prescription for antibiotics. Black girl with nose piercing was rude to everyone. Will be going to Walgreens from now on. I was heated.

The pharmacy has the worse customer service I have had the displeasure of being around. That's in 9 different states for reference. Their ability to work as a team is substandard by best. The disregard for care or organization is a masterpiece for the great expectation of the day.

Ivette was awesome! She got a product out of a case for me, provided great customer service, and then made sure I got the maximum benefit from my various coupons. Polite and well-trained employee. I will go out of my way to support this specific store when I need something.

If I could post a zero star I would. My drug is not in stock so they totally disregard doing anything about my rx. No phone call. No effort to obtain the drug. A week has now gone by and they tell me they ordered it and I should call them in a day or 2 to have them fill the rx. Why should I have to call them to fill my rx that they are ordering for my rx? Agh!

As an office manager for a doctors office here in CG, we have heard most our patients say that the pharmacy staff at this location is rude and disrespectful. I found that hard to believe until today when i had to contact the pharmacy as patient’s indicated that the pharmacist continuously informed them that no prescription were submitted. When I spoke with the lead Pharmacist on the matter he got defensive and rude making it clear we can send patients elsewhere. One of our patients even recorded on her cell an incident that occurred between him and herself regarding her meds to the extended of him clearly berating and cussing her out in front of his staff and other customers.

Absolutely awful. Waited 6 plus hours for them to fill my prescriptions, when they finally did waited an hour plus in line to get them to be told it would cost 1700 dollars. We then gave them our insurance info which they should have already had on file. They said some nonsense about needing my "primary insurance " . So I called the cvs I used previously asking them to send my insurance info over to these goofballs, and in less than 3 minutes they were able to determine I had multiple profiles as I had moved and they merged the info with correct insurance information. I called these clowns back, told them that my insurance should be good now, they then informed me I had multiple profiles , which is sort of how I began the conversation anyways . Good job with those listening skills. They then told me it would be 1700 dollars. I was like no, insurance covers it. They insisted my copay was 949 dollars and 600 dollars for two of the medications. Is this your first day on the job ? When has a copay ever been 1,000 dollars? They put me on hold someone else picked up and they basically told me they hadn't even attempted to process my insurance because they were not sure it was me . Wtf is wrong with you at this point ? So they put me on hold for another 45 minutes at which point in time I drive to the store myself . The lady at the counter tells me only 4 of the 7 medications are ready, I'm like all 7 were ready yesterday....what happened? Idk, you have to go stand in this other line and ask them. Ask her for the district managers name and number, she doesn't know that either. I told her can you go ask ...she does, they tell me to to call the 1 800 CVs number which I do, but they don't have any options to speak to a pharmacy manager, unlike what I was told. Super unehelpful, they obviously don't want the bad review that is coming their way, then they give me cartridges for my insulin instead of pens , with no way to administer them , and syringes instead of the pen needles for my other insulin...again I have no way of administering them. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy, they take forever , have no useful information , give you the wrong medications and are just generally rude .

The service, thanks to no one scheduling a proper crew, is awful. The pharmacy line is regularly 5+ people deep. If you can, avoid this CVS.

If I could choose 0 stars I would I'm visiting my Mom from out of town I've been trying for the past 3 days to come and get my medicine I drive 40 minutes to this location to get there I pulled up to the drive thru 2 minutes past 6 The curtain was pulled I drove to the front and entered the store arriving to the back by 6:05 There was nobody left at all and all of their gates were lowered I had hoped there was someone still gathering their things to leave that might have helped me You could tell they closed up early and were all out the door right at 6:00 I was so stressed and upset I set my things and my hands down onto the counter out of frustration I didn't know anyone was there I looked over and saw someone who was walking out of the door A man came out the door I assumed he was the Pharmacist proceeded to walk over He said," You know you're in a public place and your behavior isn't appropriate. I was dumbfounded by his response and was at a loss for words I had started to explain why I was upset but realized it was futile due to his response I asked if there was a 24 hour location hoping it was nearby it was another 45-60 minutes away I walked out and we went to the car While I'm sitting in my car contemplating what to do A few minutes later he left the store staring me down in my car Making the overall experience worse than before Needless to say I will not be going back to that location tomorrow to fill my prescription I'm going to a different one I've never been treated so poorly in all of my life Most peoples reaction would've been are you ok is there something I can help you with To make a long story short DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The pharmacy is awful jo one seems to like thier jobs always to busy to help or care who you are. They are to busy to keep up ir follow through with requests for refills and in keeping drugs in stock

They have their hours posted online as 10pm, But then they have a little tiny sign in the window that says we close at 9pm. Bad business.

They say they're hiring, but I put in an application and called to speak with a hiring manager. Diane, the hiring manager that I spoke with, was snappy and rude. She answered with an attitude and when I told her the reason for for my call she quickly said they aren't hiring and hung up on me without waiting for a proper response. I won't be reapplying here nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
