The manager at the Casa Grande store on 10th Street is very unprofessional she is very rude I purchased an item made things complicated when I didn't want it wanted a refund allowed me to end up with something that was $20 less because she didn't want to give me a refund very poor service

Went to get a new phone on the insurance plan and the clerk was very courteous and helpful. She also gave me ideas to stop spam call and unwanted calls thanks you cricket on pinal.

I went to the cricket on west 10th street and let me tell you, the two gentlemen named Victor and Adam were very professional and really knew how to explain the phone packages since I don’t really know too much! They made me feel welcomed and gave exceptional service!!! I will, with out a doubt be doing business with them again, thank you for such a great experience!

Stopped to verified everything needed to port in a number. Came back with all needed documentation. Charged me then said he could not port the number over. Had to do it as a new number. Then recharged me. Everything I asked in the beginning was changed during the purchase. The clerk told me I was being rude. Ughhhhhh This is an authorized dealer because they took our corporate store away.
