The store literally doesn’t answer calls. Ive called 14 different times over the course of a business week during business hours, and every single call got sent to voicemail. It is very odd to be an internet service provider if you can’t answer a phone call regarding the internet service you provide. The speed of the service is good most of the time but then there are days when it just wont connect, and it’s difficult to get an answer as to why considering they don’t answer a phone call during their already short business hours.

Typically cox is good but they're not great. If you can't pay your bill but you can two days later they will cut/suspend your service even if you can pay your bill two days after the billing date. Most internet services that I have had from Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming would be willing to work with you, Cox, not so much. Don't waste your time with this internet service provider they won't work with you with your bill to keep your business.

I ran my address through the website. Got approved for an install two weeks out. Today is the day the guy was supposed to come install it. I took today off of work to be here for it. I called and cancelled my current ISP. Now I get a call stating that they cannot dig the line to my house due to some county regulations. They guy in the phone said they found out on Tuesday. Today is Friday. Since Thursday I have received multiple texts asking me to confirm the install. They KNEW two days prior that they would not be installing. They literally waited until the last second to tell me. Now I'm out a day of work and my current ISP gets shut off in a week. Absolutely ridiculous.

So the review is based off how the employees are. The employees are great and helpful, however Cox in of itself is going downhill im having daily disconnections from my internet which has caused me to lose things in the past few weeks I really hope Cox can get it together, but watch they will raise the rates again to fix all these problems they're having because they can never take a hit to their shareholders.

Switched Cable from Directv about 2 Months ago & It has been a Horrible Experience. 17 Years with Directv & Never Have I Experienced The Outages, Screen Breaking Up, Reception Off For 40 Seconds & Back On,.. Entire Weekend Without Internet Or Cable Was The Last Straw,.. Paid 350$ Saturday 8/12/23 just to go Home To No Cable Or Internet,.. Directv has my Account On Hold til September For Being With The 17 Years! I Should Have Never Left!!! I Will Bring Your Equipment To You!!!! 775$ In 2 Months & It Has Been Horrible Experience,, Calling Directv as soon as this Text Is Done,.. ✌???

We have been loyal customers to Cox for quite some time. We recently moved and provided Cox 3 weeks in advance a notice and we are coming up on our 3rd week with no resolution to service and we had one technician come and promise 24-48 hours for installation but still no technician has serviced us. We have called multiple time and they do not give us a date on when the tech will be available.

I have been woth cox for over 5 years. I've never had internet issues until recently. It have been an almost everday to now all the time. I pay my bill everytime on time even before its due, I hope that from all these outages I get some money back or they at least remove some charges. This is crazy, even more so becuase I do online nursing school.Get it together cox.

The customer service here has been great, unfortunately I've had to stop by a few times after moving to the Mission Royal area. This store deserves a 5 star rating, but the actual service where I live and need to work from home is worth 1 star. I've been with Cox since maybe 2012 or so, never had an issue until I moved here.The techs have been out here like almost 10 times if I'm not mistaken and the issue persists, the connection isn't stable at peak hours and intermittently, usually this wouldn't be a deal breaker, but I work from home and this has started to affect my work where my job can be in JEOPARDY.I'm not sure what to do at this point so I thought maybe someone from above at Cox will catch wind of this review and do something to fix my connection. All of the techs have told me as well as the representatives at this store that the node that feeds my area is oversaturated around peak hours and causes these issues, the customer service folks are not aware of this problem and always want to send someone out, but the source of the issue has yet to be addressed.I've attached my speed test results below and as you can tell, there's a dip in download speeds around the same times almost daily. These dips are causing me to have a weak connection and affecting my work.Again, I'm only giving this store a low review in hopes of someone in a high place at Cox Communications gets wind of this and makes things right. Unfortunately this is one of the very limited ISP's in this area so many others experience the same connectivity issues around the same times.I hope these issues can be resolved....Ps. a loyal customer.

My modem failed. So I rented their modem/router combo for $5 a month. Connected fast, then everything went to hell. Kept disconnecting every 10 mins. They tech support is terrible (especially if you keep getting support located in the Philippines) . Brought back the unit 2x. Their equipment is terrible. Going to order new equipment from Bezos.

Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone. They have been this way for years. They are never busy they just watch the phone ring. Simple task that can be handled over the phone turn into taking time off of work to go in and fix my problem.

I went to the storeand was greeted by Steven & Gaby who were extremely helpful explaining th different Internet plans. I was given information on Cox cell service in the future. It definitely felt good leaving the storeSatisfied. Will come back in the future
