Bathrooms are out of service. At the pump, they make it difficult to avoid giving them your phone number if you don't want to sign up for their rewards program.

Employees have the worst attitudes they should be very ashamed of themselves. What’s the point of putting self serve paying machines if when you need something from behind the counter nobody wants to help. This is getting ridiculous. The employees need extra training on how to treat customers. If you’re going to have a poor attitude stay home. No one wanted to serve me on 2/11/2025, another customer had to say “hey that customer want to be served” I was still ignored. I was sooooo embarrassed I had to walk out the store without paying for what I came in for. Do BETTER, GET better! The little old lady that’s there in the morning check your attitude boo.

Very very worst place to stop we spent around 100$ but we can’t even use their restroom,they maintain very bad don’t STOP. here

Always dirty. Never any hot food options. Garbage outside is always overflowing. But hey, at least it's close to the freeway!

Stopped for gas…couldn’t get gas at any pump due to a card read error. Couldn’t go inside because my kids were asleep in the car. Outside stinks and everywhere is filthy!! JUST KEEP ON DRIVING!!

Never have seen a Circle K store this dirty and the worst thing is that it's been month's and still not clean. Avoid the bathrooms. Health dept. Needs to get involved as well.

1/5 as both a customer and as a former employee. As an employee I received basically no training and got threatened at work which they acted like it was normal. How can you be cutting employees hours and at the same time claim to be understaffed and use that as an excuse for everything? Trying to say I was "Terminated" even though I quit. As a customer they don't seem to be in much hurry to fix things when they break as it's just as hot inside as outside and it's been like that for a while which baffles me not having working AC during this heat. Other equipment breaking down not working as intended. Employees aren't treated fairly and are given way too many responsibilities for a single person. I have so much more I could say however I will end it there. Overall I would suggest taking your business elsewhere unless absolutely necessary.

This circle k is by far one of the dirtiest ones ive been to. The bathroom was DISGUSTING toilets left clogged, no toilet paper or hand napkins then we go for our drinks and there’s NO ICE, RIDICULOUS! the slushy machines EMPTY 🙄 the floors were so sticky it felt HORRIBLE to step on ! everything is disorganized and the food wasn’t fresh 😡 wouldn’t recommend going to this circle k !!! horrible experience 🤢😡

Out of all the circle k stores in Casa Grande, for years, I have always chose this one for fuel and iced coffee/food run. With that note, lately this store has gone down in cleanliness, freshness of food, supplies for condiments and drinks, just overall bad service. Today I was in there and Lilith was only one seen in store and on register on a Sunday at that!! She's always nice and gives amazing customers service but, the store was trash! There was no large cups for iced coffee, no bags for donuts, no pizza, neither flavor of iced coffee in machine, roller grill taquitos looks dry like last night's leftovers, cases of water and other unstocked product just left on floor with a tote or two. Store was dirty. Really, really disappointed in today's service. Speechless.

I went to the self checkout out and was over charged and I have tried to call the store and Everytime they hang up on me. I was charged $12.99 for a bag of chips. I was one hour away from the store when I realized that I was over charged. It rang up beef jerky instead of the chips and I did not purchase beef jerky.

I stop here weekly for gas. The trash cans are always spilling over. I don't know the last time there was water in the buckets to clean your windows let alone a squeegee that isn't falling apart. There's no paper in any of the machines for a printed receipt.

Kinda rude here. Its a dirty store, nothing works, soda fountain is a mess, Slurpee machines are a waste of space, my kids love em but since we live around the corner they ride bikes to get a Slurpee and come home saying "its still broken". Whomever owns this store should be more proactive. Your store is a disgusting mess.

This is the worst Circle K ever the people that work there are rude. There will be three of them, standing behind the counter and a long line and nobody will help you. I’ve purchased my gas from there every day and have the machines are always missing the paper for the receipts so then I have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt, well the workers just stand there and do nothing while you’re waiting in line. This is unbelievable and you will be losing my money and I will go to Fry’s gas station every day now instead.
