6/13/22. Casa Grande, AZ. You can't call the bank and make an appointment or ask a question.. when you call the local number you're transferred to a foreign country, the you get transferred many times .. if you want to make an appointment with a banker, they'll give you an appointment 3to 4 weeks out. I hung up and drove down there. There was only one banker. Before Covid there were always 2-3. They also have decreased the number of Tellers. I waited over 2 hours and during that time a young woman came in dressed in black looking as though she just go off of a Harley. She sat down on the coffee table in front of me and started talking to me. I was alarmed that something like this would happen in a Chase Bank (that used to be classy and prestigious) and did not engage in her banter. She abruptly got up and as she walked toward the back, asked me if I had been helped. She had no identification on her nor did she introduce herself. I wast there to open a business account, had all of my legal papers and my LLC. This procedure should have gone smoothly but it didn't. I was supposed to get a credit card for my business and they messed that up too. I have been with Chase Bank in several states for about 25 years. They have taken away the integrity, personal care, convenience and friendliness that set them apart from other major banks. I'm closing my accounts (3) and taking my money elsewhere. I had to give this review 1 star to be able to post a review, but I assure it doesn't deserve it.

We came here for our remortgage. (Our first mortgage was also with Chase bank). Rick Rokop did an amazing job helping with both of these transactions. He returns calls quickly, explains things well and really knows what he is doing. Everything was fast and easy. I highly recommend going here

They withhold information about what they are capable of doing as a bank, but will still take your money, ask for zero ID. They are unbelievably rude. I will not be returning to this branch, their negligence lead to my account being frozen. ? If I could leave negative amount of stars I would.

This branch is impossible to reach on the phone. I live a good distance away and am a private client customer. I typically need an appointment to go over my banking needs. Hard to make an appointment when they rarely (if ever) answer the phone. I've read reviews saying the other branch in town is better. Going to give them a try.

By far the worst customer service experience ever avoid chase im closing my accounts soon. You call customer service they blame the branch for not wanting to help you come to the branch and they blame customer service for not wanting to help. At the end they only tell you what they cant do and you have to deal with it..... what a joke.....
