Nice quiet 55+ gated mobile home community. Property is well maintained. A number of social activities available for residents who choose to participate. Reasonable lot rents

We stayed in the RV park, not the mobile home park. GPS routes delivery drivers to the mobile home park, even though you can't get to the RV park from there, so Walmart delivery is dicey at best. But UPS, FedEx, and Amazon are no problem. Note: They won't all deliver right to the site, so you may have to pick up packages in the office. Smaller park, lots of park models, nice people, fruit trees all around, nice pool, nice walking trails. The downside to this RV park is the continual barking dogs from people tying them up outside all day and a few dogs that are allowed to roam free.

We were interested in a couple of trailers that were for sale there. We have been unable to get anyone by phone despite numerous attempts. So we just cruised around to look at the ones we were interested in. Looked like a nice community. Some of the parking spaces seemed very small though, and not really off street parking.

I called the management to inquire about residency requirements because I was researching buying one of two trailers in the park. It is a 55+ community. I happen to be 6 months short of my 55th birthday. I asked her if that was close enough. She asked me is it just myself? I said yes. She said I am sorry you have to be 55. She left no leeway. I politely thanked her and said a proper goodbye. All I got from her was the word yep. This does not sit well with me.Firstly, the legal requirement for 55+ communities is the HOPA act and that states that at least 80% of residences be 55 years or older. Come on, seriously exclude me because I am 6 months short of your management policy of 55 years. That is small and petty. Could also be discrimitory because she made sure to inquire about my family status first before making the decision. Clearly the management team is not anyone you want to have to deal with on a regular bases.

Great park! Mix of permanent and seasonal residents, in mobile homes, as well as permanent RVs and transient RV sites. They are winding down their "season" but we were welcomed to their last BBQ of the year. Everyone was very friendly and had some great suggestions for us on things to do in the area. Easy to find, not too far off the freeway.

Went out to visit family & new friends, enjoyed the park , activities & amenities.. Park manager (Chris) could be friendlier in her role & "face" for the park.
