I really, really hate this store. I've done online pick up twice and the first time I excused the customer service failure because I've been a retail manager and I know after being short staffed with the pandemic there can be a lot on your plate but with that being said - My first experience I pulled up to do curbside pickup, called the store FIVE times at the number on the sign and after five times of ringing through to then advise me there's no one available I went in. I asked the cashier if this was typical for the store, I genuinely didn't care as I had done pickup before at other feed supply stores and sometimes they're different. They advised me no - someone should have come out and then they called the manager. The manager came out and told me that "no one was manning that station" which made no sense to me because as the manager - that's literally your job. They struggled to find my order but when they did they advised they would bring it out, I thanked them and went to my car. The manager made sure to point out that we "didn't get charged" until we picked up anyways so you know - I couldn't be /too/ upset and I shrugged her off, thanked her again and left. My husband went to go pick up our order of pellets Tuesday after I saw that it was ready for pick up. He went in and went to the front desk, didn't even bother calling and they said that their "online ordering system is down" and that he couldn't pick up the order. Now they love to emphasize how it's a "pending charge" but my bank does not reflect it as a pending charge, so either corporate is lying to their associates or the associates are lying to the customers either way they made him pay for another bag of pellets because even though they said they could see we were charged, see what we ordered, their system was down and therefore they would cancel it after. He sucked it up, bought the pellets and left. Today I get an email about how my order was cancelled because I never picked up my pellets which infuriated me. You're already able to see I've spent the money, have the product and then charge me again and then say it's my fault? Absolutely not. I only come here because I love sácate pellets and tractor supply does not have them but don't worry - not only will I post this on every review site but I'm sending this to sácate to ask them to move some supply to tractor supply because I refuse to deal with this incompetent organization. It's retail not rocket science y'all.

I'm highly dissatisfied and purplexed by their inaction. I just wanted to use their FFL to ship my firearm. A very reputable gun manufacturer and myself have been emailing, and calling for over a week with no response. If you want to receive your purchases in a timely manner. DO NOT use this store.

starting to really hate going to Cal Ranch. no carts were available so i had to walk around the store with 50 lbs. bag of feed and couldn't get more. only one person saw the line growing and thought to open another register. why would you stack and put feed on a shelf that is level with a person's chest your asking for someone to get hurt. you do not put heavy items up top. Also the website apparently does not update when items have been sold so you don't know what items are in stock and out of stock.

Have always had great customer service here. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Well stocked store with reasonable prices. Worth the drive.

Ranch and farm supplies are the main focus at this store. M disappointed they only have military discounts ONCE a year. Maybe the military should defend their freedom once a year. ???

I enjoyed going inside the building, but too bad, one of the associates seemed like I was bothering her with a question I asked. I asked if there were winter hats and gloves. She was yea up at the front. I asked for winter gloves. She said mittens...I was ok yea I get it. Just say all the winter attire is all we have in the front lol put a smile on that face not frown lol...next!

This place rocks!! I just stared shopping at this store within the past few weeks and I can’t get enough. Their sales are great, their prices are reasonable, they have all your pet needs, and they host a veterinarian on Saturday’s for all your puppy’s shots. I highly recommend stopping by here. Also, the staff here are quite helpful and sweet!

Long story short, a number of people were there to get propane filled. When they guy working said he was going to fill a large order first I politely said that I was in line before that person and two more. He looked at me and said "well I don't know what to tell you". How about "I'm sorry sir, I'll get to yours next"? Some customer service... I'll go to Tractor Supply instead.

We use them as our source for propane as does most of Casa Grande evidently. They are constantly out and may or may not get more before the next day. Some of us work in the mornings and can't be there before they run out. Knowing that they run out 1 or 2 times a day, they should plan better to get more deliveries assuring that all customers can get a needed commodity to heat the RV's they live in..
