They were somewhat backed up so my car took longer than expected. Once they got to it everything was done to my satisfaction. They also recommended some things I needed to get done. I liked that they had great specials going on. Would highly recommended.

My power steering fluid drained out on my 2001 Forester, after having my rack and pinion replaced twice after parts failures. I took my car to Casa Grande Brake Masters and they performed a methodical analysis on the system and found the problem to be the power steering pump. The repairs were performed in a professional timely manner and I finally have my car back up and running for the first time in a quite a while.

When I bought my car in it had no noise . And I had bran new breaks in the back of my Car with the hardwear . They said they use those . But they did not use my hardwear still in the bag . So all I here now is rattle noise . And I take it back but I realized that the guy came out wispered in the guys ear to type something up . Little did I know it was to say there was no wartiy on noise. So now I have to spend more money some where else to have my breaks done properly . I live on a very Tight bugget and take care of my husband I am not happy and really disapounted in this company.. and the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the front desk guy.

We went to in because our showed a light on the dash that our brakes needed service. These folks did a complete inspection and said everything was fine. There was no charge. I will return to this store again when I need service.
