FTerrible customer service. Attitude right off the bat and spoke in a derogatory manner. Not only was she short and rude but she spoke to me like I couldn't afford anything. I can't see this store having many repeat customers. If you want any sort of good deals or legitimate help I suggest staying away from this location. I don't understand how people with terrible customer service and attitude problems have jobs like this over people that would be more than willing to give 110% in helping you and just simply be polite.L

The woman I just spoke to in the store was extremely rude for no reason. I came in to get a new sim card because the phone I purchased last year apparently is retiring out of the 3G network. She told me that the store was no longer giving out sim cards and that I had to call their customer service, which is fine, but she didnt offer the phone number or attempt to be helpful in the slightest when I tried to get more information about what I needed to do. She added that I could buy a new phone so it would be faster, which I refuted because I just received this phone last year. She asked me where I bought it and I let her know that I bought it at another boost store last year, which is now closed. She was suddenly really defensive and rude claiming that because that store was closed for a year it somehow means that it wasnt possible for me to purchase a cell phone there previously before it closed. The entire interaction was rude, unhelpful, and just weird. It was pretty obvious that she was just upset because her poor pitch to sell a phone didn't work. It was a total waste of time, but hey I guess I'd be a j*** too if I worked at a boost store all alone.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in to the store the women in there are extremely rude with horrible attitudes and always seemed annoyed as soon as you walk in the door. I have gone in a handful of times and not once has the store been able to solve my problem. Even when the 800 number tells me the only resolution is to go into the store. The females in their act as if they can’t do anything. I’ve switched to Verizon and am way happier!! Plus I don’t have to deal with rude stank attitudes every time I need assistance! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!
