“I stopped for a fob battery for my car. When asked if they could help me with anything else, I jokingly said that if they had windshield wipers they would save me another stop & hassle. They had them! They are just testing out the market & had limited supply, but had my car model's. As Artemis attempted to put them on in the wind & cold only wearing a tshirt, we discovered that there was a lot of dirt & sand built up in there & was difficult to get my old wipers off. He went & got the mngr, Jesse. Soon we also has Jason. All those young men were out there in their tshirt getting the job done. They were awesome & the help they gave me was fantastic! Did I mention the prices? Reasonable prices for quality product. If ever need their services when in CG, again they will see me!”

I bought a battery and she attempted to install it for me. When a bolt proved to be too tight for her to be able to loosen, she didn't let that stop her. She called her friend George to come and install it for me. And he did! Someone who was a perfect stranger to both of them, and they went out of their way to help me. I had never used O'Reilly for auto parts before, but thanks to Stephanie treating me like family, I won't use anything but this particular O'Reilly's.”
