Allison whom is a cashier was amazing. She was so patient with helping with a difficult return. All staff was understanding and kind. I am so grateful and will continue to be here. Love this place!

Was helped by a lady named Crystal, my grandmother had a few questions about a sale going on so I had asked her if some items were apart of it. She seemed very hostile with the reply she gave me, then she cashed us out and they had a buy 3 get 3 sign but then it was supposed to be buy 3 get 1. She was very angry when saying "I'll give it to you" sharply she had no customer service skills and I was deeply appalled. 1st terrible experience with my bath and body works.

I'm very confused over their store hours. Came here on a Thursday around 11:30 AM and it was closed! Doors locked and the entire store blacked out. Per the store hours, it should have been open! Very disappointed and won't be back!

Isn't the storetemporarily closed ?Or did they reopen?A month ago or so i went and the door was locked and store was completely empty. ???If so. you should update the location i drove 30min because it said it was open. To get there and find it closed.

SO GOOD! candles are amazing and the hand sanitizer is so cheap and it smells great. I think the soap should be cheaper. But other than that it's great.

I could spend my life savings in here! This place has so much when it comes to soaps and gels and lotions and candles in sanitizer, they've got a broad selection. There's even a sink where you can wash your hands with whatever you want to try and top it off with some good smelling lotion. The associates are helpful and there's always a sale going on
