I see why they have only one star! Still long wait lines, I needed to do a withdrawal and do a notary and the lady for the notary put someone ahead of me even though I was waiting before them I can't believe management haven't fix the problem

Don't bother calling, they hang up as soon as they answer and most times never answer. I don't understand why three tellers are standing around while only 1 of them is helping customers. We need another bank location in Casa Grande, or fire the crew and rehire people willing to help customers and a more motivated attitude.

If you have to do anything in person at this branch, just make it easy on yourself find another bank to do business with. WF, Chase, one of the local credit unions, whoever. You'll save yourself a lot of aggravation. All of BofA will tell you is to use their ATM or mobile app. Its just not worth it.

I arrived here around noon and waited a long time. There was only one teller. After about 15mins of waiting a second teller. Called me up. She was friendly and helpful, her name was Marta. To add insult to my injury she informed me that if I didn't have an account here I would be paying $8.00 to cash my check. I told her that's why I came here because it was a Bank of America check. She said nonmembers have to pay a fee. I think this is horrible, the check was written by your customer to me so why charge me .You customer is already paying enough fees to have you all as their bank. I use to bank which Bank of America. You all charge for everything. I had $5000 in a savings account, you all started charging me for it being dormant. It's a savings account it doesn't always grow. This is a very bad practice, you all should do something about it. Take a stand. Stop ripping us off!

Waited almost an hour only for someone to tell us they don't allow walk-in appointments. Not very teen friendly, requires multiple forms of ID just to open account.
