Making the appointment the operator insisted I arrive 20 minutes before my 7:00 scheduled time. When I arrived at 6:40 (with a bladder full of water) no one was there - the shades were drawn and the hours on the glass read Monday Friday 8:00 - 5:00! I waited till 7:00 and they were open for business. Corporate office and local branches need to be in sync with appointment hours and not have patients outside waiting.

Carmen was an absolute pleasure to be helped by. Kind, understanding, and walked me through step by step of every moment of the scanning. From entering the office, having the appointment and then getting back into my car was under 20 minutes!! Never have I been in and out, with all my questions answered and feeling great with each aspect, in under 20 minutes!! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean, and nice and cool. Thanks Again Carmen and crew!!

ADR sent a link prior to the appointment, making it so much easier and faster to sign in. I had already filled out my necessary paperwork for their needs online.I've had a number of MRI, so I just came there with all of my jewelry removed at home. And wore no metal in my clothes. It meant I only had to remove my eye glasses, shoes, and my jacket. As well I wouldn't have to worry about any of my jewelry being lost during the process, because it is safe at home.The nice technician provided ear plugs, and then secondary ear covers. So the sound was quite muffled. She noted it would take 10-15 but it didn't seem that long. The only part that made it feel that long was I needed to cough and I was holding it as you can't move!If you have any "small spaces" issues. The moment they get you all set up. Close your eyes. And keep them closed. Then all you know is the sound, and the same experience of lying in bed with your eyes shut. Take slow deep breaths. Imagine what the sounds remind you of. (Big trucks, trains, a too loud concert etc) To keep your mind busy.PS they provide a private place to chance if needed, and a safe locker for your things as well.
