The apartment was spacious and open, staff was supportive when both my daughter and my self needed help. I would definitely recommend Tierra pointe apartments to a new tenant.thanks”

“We’ve called Las Brisas our home for almost a year now, Shelley (office manager) is very kind and always helpful. I would give 5 stars but I don’t love the washer and dryer situation honestly I think it’s time to invest in new ones. Also other residents kinda trash the room, wish it was cleaned more often. But over all it’s a nice complex and if you have an issue they are quick to address it. And we appreciate that.”

“We lived here for almost three years, Melanie and Shiena were amazing they would go above and beyond to make there tenants happy. Sal for maintenance was wonderful, he took great care of the place. the staff here always made us feel welcome and cared for what we were going through and worked with us during a difficult time.”

“Went into office today ,to explain my concerns about person living above me in 2023 ,met Jennifer the manager ,very nice polite classy lady , she listened to my concerns off what was happening and about the noises we were having to put up with every day from this person and her children and said for me to email her with any more problems arose ,and off course Laura was there also and she is just always so sweet and nice and caring to see .I really thank you again Jennifer .you are doing a fantastic job with the up keep and making the colony a great place to live. It's Saturday evening and again I am dealing with a complete idiot that lives above us ,she has let her kids runaround all day had to call don this morning to report noise and ask him to call her and now called the police twice I have a report number and she has guests tonight so been sitting outside smoking something and letting her guests park in residents covered spot and also letting her kids pound around the apartment running back and forth ! I will continue calling police till something is done about the situation maybe that's why she moved in here at 11.30 at night cause she probaly got thrown pit of where she lived before ,I how can say how much I don't enjoy this apartment anymore cause she has ruined it for me .and my son .”
