I recently visited Valley Ace Hardware to purchase a product and was disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees. Although I did not ask for assistance, the cashier's demeanor at checkout was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Upon approaching the counter, I overheard the employee make a disparaging remark, followed by a lack of basic courtesy—no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever.
I spent over $100 during this visit, and the treatment I received made me question whether my business was valued. While this experience does not reflect my view of Ace Hardware as a whole, it certainly left a negative impression of this particular location.

Rude employees. Attitudes usually come from management and to no surprise the manager was equally rude. Won't shop there again.

When I went I had trouble finding an employee to find what I needed and there was no employee at the cash register in the front area which I thought was very odd so I just walked out felt uncomfortable

Rude employee's who seem to have too much to do to help customers. The cashier seemed dressed for work in a gentleman's club. It's locally owned so, it pains me to say that I likely Won't shop here again.
