This is a great Bank! They are all so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me with my banking. I live locally and enjoy going into a local bank. Always a great experience!

I walked into this branch at 4:45pm on a friday to open an account. I hate going into businesses when they are about to close but i had no other time to open an account and i was so impressed by everyone there! Everyone in the branch was so welcoming and friendly! I sat with the Branch Manager Gina who was amazing! I felt like she took time to understand what i was needing, and i never felt rushed. I even mentioned to her that i needed a new credit card but would come back at a later time since i kept them after hours and she told me it would take a couple minutes and she would take care of it all! My schedule is so hectic and Gina really made things so easy!

Gina the branch manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I pulled up to the bank to potentially open an account and saw Gina arguing out front of the building with an elderly man. The whole situation was unprofessional and unappealing.

They lost $2,000.00 dollars of a cash deposit that was deposited on October 21, 2019 at the Carefree location. Its now October 23 2019, they are covering it up and the money is still gone. This money was for my son to buy food and gas and a new tire. The bank manager says its not their fault, well it certainly isn't my fault. By 5pm today I will take legal action if my cash is not returned.

Teller was nice, but they were totally unprepared for my needs and obviously, don't know how protocols work. Beware, if you don't normally go to this branch, they'll treat you like a criminal.

Terrible bank. Go next door to Chase or even Bank of America if it's your only option. They try to hit you with every fee possible even with tens of thousands in your account. They will sweet talk you to open an account and offer you special services at your local branch, than say they never offered these things. Stay away. Update I still use this bank and they still treat me terrible. If I didn't have to use this for quick business purpose I would of moved next door in a heartbeat.
