I brought my wedding band in to get downsized. The resize was great but when I picked it up the finish was way off. I was in a rush so I had them brush finish until I could get back and get a better finish. I brought it back. Finish is still pretty bad but better than full brush. They tried to charge me $50 to fix the mistake they made. They did the right thing and didn’t charge after I argued it. The son told me that his dad’s eyesight might not be as good as it used to be (as if that is an acceptable excuse for a jewler). Bottom line is if your jewelry requires attention to detail don’t bring it here.

I found them to be very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I have my yellow gold rings dipped in rhodium to have them appear to be white gold. Their price was so much lower than my usual place and they look the best ever! We also discussed lab diamonds vs real and I learned a lot.

Don't confuse personality with ability. They took my watch to replace a stem, and when it came back the time and date could no longer be set. Then charged me double for a new crystal, based on a price from a reputable jeweler. And the price for a new movement and stem from another store was half of J Patrick's original charge. This place may be OK for costume jewelry repair, but not for watches or fine jewelry.

GREAT FATHER SON LOCAL BUSINESS. They moved to Bashas shopping center in CarefreeWife took wedding her ring in for repair. They did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. Super friendly.and helpful. Thank God I didn't need to go to Scottsdale and deal with the creepy over dressed jewelry store people.

Recommended by several at my favorite local coffee shop, Carefree Coffee Roastery, I brought my prized Native American Bracelet Watch for a new Battery. I was delighted all around. The price was excellent, and they care about Client satisfaction. They repaired the flange holding the watch mechanism without my having mentioned it was loose…and, did not charge me for that! I would trust them with the priciest piece.

Recommended by several from my favorite Coffee Shop, Carefree Coffee Roastery, I was absolutely delighted with the work, price, of this local Jeweler. I brought in my favorite watch, a Native American heavy embellished bracelet, and they installed a battery at a very fair price. More than that the Jeweler straightened out the prongs holding the mechanism, and made sure it would not loosen again, cleaned the silver, and only charged me for the Battery. I would feel comfortable having them work on any piece, expensive, or otherwise.

My wedding band needed some new prongs. Miguel Jr. and Miguel Sr. were super helpful. They were able to repair my ring that day. Miguel Sr did a fantastic job!
