Nash did a great job for me. There was no waiting time. I had a complicated multi-layered transaction involving several people and multiple bank accounts. Transfers were made, checks and balances were verified, electronic documents were signed, and paper documents were signed. This all happened late in the day before Thanksgiving. So I'm sure everyone wanted to go home. And come on, Nash has a picture of him and Jamie Diamond on his desk. He's the real deal :)

The short version is that we walked across the street to B of A. Long story is that the reps at this Chase location are trans-phobic and denied a friend of mine from establishing an account because my friend presented a recently updated Social Security Card with an updated name. My friend had two forms of matching ID. The Chase reps were very untrained/unwilling to help my friend and made strange innuendos. That included the manager. Not an LGBTQ-friendly place. Stay away.

It takes 10 minutes to reach them by phone, only to be told they're too busy to talk, and then they hang up.So I go into the bank to set an appointment. It takes the teller 10 minutes just to make a simple appointment.Then I go to have the only banker in the bank notarize a paper for me, only to be told he can't notarize it. The banker's name was Nash. He wouldn't tell me why he wouldn't notarize it.So you can't call them and they don't help you when you go in person.I will be canceling all my accounts with Chase because of this. They're just another big corporation treating their customers with disrespect. Rude people and rude corporations don't deserve our business.

I opened a new chase card , I was told I would get a 20,000 point bonus to open the account. They lied ! When I called to find out why my bonus offer was not showing up I was told that the offer was only for a paper offer and not an on line offer . This is not true . This is clearly deceptive advertising… a flat lie .I am angry and will not use this bank again .

We go there about once a month to pay a credit card bill. It is easy, swift service and painless. Tellers are friendly and helpful. We prefer to go into the bank so that we know the tellers and staff. The drive through is good if you're in a hurry or just too tired to get out of the car. Parking lot available.

We experienced a really long wait in the drive through lane (over 15 minutes) and only one car had gone through during that time. We left the drive through window line and parked to go inside and there were six people in line ahead of me. What we thought would be a quick deposit took about 45 minutes. I have never had that kind of wait before at this location in either the drive thru or inside, so I think it was partially due to the bank being closed on Monday for Labor Day. Things everywhere have taken longer during this pandemic situation, so I think businesses should get a little grace for longer lines and service delays. Maybe we’ll learn to be more patient and kinder to others as a result. In any case, my experience was good given the added issue of social distancing and being mindful of contact precautions. The staff handled it with grace, which kept the mood during the wait friendly for all.
