Couldn't tell you how their service is. Can't talk to a human when you call, only leave a message. And then nobody calls you back. Now the mailbox is full and it just hangs up on you. I was trying to support a local neighborhood business, but apparently they don't want my business.

Went to Tire Pro for a scheduled all wheel alignment, as suggested by Costco, but was shown the print out that our car was all within normal limits and was not charged unnecessarily for something that wasn't needed. Their honesty was very much appreciated. We'll be back as needed. Thank you for being honest.

They used to be good but now just gouge you with prices and take advantage of the fact that they’re the only Tire place in town. My friend called about some tires and they quoted her over $1100 then she called Discount Tire in Cottonwood and they quoted her $860 for the exact same 4-tires. There is this hippy looking manager guy now who is apparently trying to make points with the boss while driving away business! We won’t be back!

Have been using Tire Pro Camp Verde Location for almost 10 years. They have always been courteous, taken me back home/picked me up and provided fair, honest repairs. I am thankful for Don and his crew. Good people! They treat you with respect and will not do you wrong.

Don and his staff are very professional and helpful. I’ve been taking my 2000 Ford F-250 to Don for service for the past 22 years and it just turned over 300,000 miles thanks to their knowledge and expertise in tires and all mechanical repairs.

Beware! This place and the manager named Steele will steal your time! I waited over 90 minutes when I was told my new battery install could be fit into the busy schedule. Then Steele disappeared while I waited and waited as the only person in the waiting room. I am elderly and was starving for food meanwhile. So I contacted another car place who could take me immediately and the young friendly technician who jump started my car apologized and said that Steele never told anyone I was waiting and also mis-tagged my keys as "no rush" job,

Even when this place is busy it seems they always have time to take care of the customer. Whether it be airing up a low tire, or a tire purchase and install these guys got ya covered.

These guys are great! Got a wood screw in my front tire that could not be repaired on our Route 66 trip. Unfortunately they did not have an exact replacement so they put on my spare tire at no charge.

My wife and I were in our RV going from surprise AZ to Williams Az and had a rear flat, stopped in Camp Verde looking for tire shop and found Tire pros. Not only did they have a tire we needed, they were quick to replace it and got us out really quick!
Technicians name was John.

Whole team was efficient and amazing! Got a flat tire on the way back to California and Steele was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I don't even think he realized how at ease I felt having the Tire Pros help when I was freaking out about being on the road. Thank you so much!!

Life savers! Today we took our family, 7 of us ranging in age from 10 to 81, to Fossil Creek. The dirt road was rough and ate through one of our tires.
With no cell service, we were able to change our tire, to a spare, and brave the 14 mile trek out to find a tire shop.
We pulled into Tire Pro on the completely destroyed spare. As soon as we walked in the door we felt welcome. The kindness that each person showed us was a welcome relief. The guys made quick work of our tire and got us back on the road.
Thank you to ALL of the team there today. We are extremely grateful!
