I waited to write this review for awhile and mostly after I made my first payment.
wow!!! Driving from Scottsdale to Jones Fore Verde Valley was 100% worth my time!!
This is only my 4th car purchase and first new car purchase, but I have never felt so good walking out of a dealership.
Recommend 10/10 - Would and will be back for all my future car purchases.
Knowing that Parker Jones and the Jones family really care about their customers and getting them in the car that is right for them means the world of difference to me.

In the brief experience I had with Jones Ford was a very good one. Not my local dealer, but they are now. Honest and friendly, welcoming and great inventory. Other dealers should visit this dealership for advice.

Our tailgate wouldn’t open while we were on a trip and we couldn’t access items in our truck bed under the cover . Service advisor Jim was super helpful and grabbed a tech named Vance who was able to correct the problem in a short amount of time. Thanks guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Brother and I went to speak to Tyler. He is very honest, and make sure we were taken care of. We could tell that he is more interested in helping us make a good educated purchase then the bottom dollar.

I found a hard to come by 2023 Ford Bronco advertised on cars.com at Jones Ford. I called and spoke to Paul Homer the salesman. Paul was very forthright and personable. We came to an agreement and Paul emailed me a buyers order. As I live in Denver I flew to Phoenix and was picked up at the airport by Frank Snelling from the dealership provided by Jones Ford as a courtesy. Frank drove me to Camp Verde to pick up the Bronco. Frank and I had a great conversations on the trip and he told me about the area and what a great place Jones was to work. Paul even ordered Starbucks for me that we picked up on the way. When I arrived at the dealership I met Paul and the Bronco was ready to roll. The paperwork was as agreed and the staff were very professional. I've bought a lot of new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience I've had. Paul took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle and it wasn't rushed. Jones Ford did everything they said they would do. I am very pleased with the Bronco and the experience. Thank You to Paul and Frank for making the long distance deal seamless and for your kindness!

Got a car from Jones back in December. It's been a great vehicle and today I needed some maintenance, not only did they come to Cottonwood to pick up my car and brought it back to me, the driver was wonderful!! She was so kind and professional!! They texted during all of it to keep me up to date and made the whole thing so convenient! Would recommend Jones Ford to anyone!

My wife's 2013 Escape was due for service at 94K miles. They did an EXCELLENT job. I asked for a little above and beyond what one would expect at that mileage & they delivered !!! They brought attention to the brakes - they needed it. Drain, flush and fill all fluids. Addressed all of the outstanding recall issues. Showed me the old parts to make sure they actually needed replacement. AND!!!! they delivered the car back to the house when it was finished. Great job!! Jones Ford!! Was disappointed at the very limited inventory and when we went in a test drives the saleswoman did nothing but complain about the guys she works with. Wanted to do business but just didn't feel comfortable.

The general manager called me and apologized for how the entire incident was handled and admitted they were wrong and is mailing a check for the fee I had to pay. He went on to say that he would be taking to the sales manager and letting him know that is not how the situation should of been handled and just went on to apologize. I thought it was very respectable that he admitted they were wrong and took complete responsibility for the situation.

I bought my Mustang at Jones Ford in 2016. I have since brought my " Sunny" in ( she's yellow, hence the name) for Ford recalls, brake issues, and oil changes. The service department was always accommodating, offering rides to get me to and from my home, washing my car after service and making me feel like I was a valued customer. Unfortunately, that has all changed. My recent trip to Jones for an oil change this summer, I found a sour and abrasive service department. They did not care that I was a customer of the dealership. I felt I was annoying them and they were too busy to give me any of their " valuable" time. Today, I went to start my car to find it did not start. I called Jones to let them know I would be having a tow truck bringing my car into them. I explained I was a customer. The response was " we are two weeks out with our service" I said I was a customer, bought my car at Jones and the service rep continued to say they were two weeks out to provide service. I then asked if I was going to have to leave my car there for two weeks for service and they said probably. Ok, I bought a 35k car from them, I have given them my service needs and I felt like I was a " wanna be" person looking into their window and saying " please sir, help me". Not what I would expect from a dealership where I bought my car from!!! On a good note, Tyler in the rental department was very helpful, customer oriented and he was ready to help with a loaner car being I thought my car was going to sit there for two weeks before being serviced. Come on Jones- you can do better than this. Take care of your customers if you want return business!

Avoid Mike Owings. The last thing I expected in a business place was a creepy older man acting in such an undermining, belittling way. Ignoring no's and blaming his continuous rudeness and agenda pushing on his bad hearing. I don't know if I would even feel comfortable enough to return. Ladies, especially, I would 100% avoid here if possible.
