Customer BEWARE!!! :-( NEVER give this con shop your business..IF you want lies about how much it cost AND then more lies that they "fixed" your car-THIS is your shop. No work they have done for us EVER worked. They will screw your car up and then charge you even more to "screw" it up again.

NO INTEGRITY!!! They will Rip you off! I brought a vehicle in which needed a hole in the radiator and a few hoses replaced and they wanted to charge me over $3,000! I even told them I was a veteran and they would not even offer any discounts for veterans. I don't trust them at all! They charge way too much money for their services and don't even offer any help to their community! Their name is a lie.

Amazing service. Stopped here because I had a check engine light on an a misfiring engine. Turns out, one of my fuel injectors was loose. Got it tightened down and made it home smoothly. Didn't even charge me. Wish this place was closer to me! You can tell these are honest people.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful! We got stuck in the snow in Flagstaff and then had issues from all the ice in the tires, so had the car towed here. They made time to look at the car right away and the mechanic knew what was going on as soon as I described the issue to him. He got everything taken care of and had us back on the road quickly. Very honest and trustworthy, no attempts to up charge me/make a quick buck. I highly recommend this place!! :)

The staff was very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond the expected and quickly got the parts and had me back on the road and even less than the original quote. They were easy to work with and i would highly recommend them and definitely take my car to them. They lived up to their name. INTEGRITY. So glad to have found a shop i trust.

I was visiting Camp Verde with a group of gals and staying nearby with our horses to enjoy three days of trail riding when suddenly on the second day my truck's temp gauge was off the charts! I called Integrity and spoke to Kayla who immediately came to my rescue by saying, "Bring your truck down here, we're only 9 miles away, drive slow and safe and we'll figure this out!!" The next day I had my truck back and the problem was resolved. I am SO appreciative for everyone at Integrity who out me and the three horses o was hauling back on the road safe and sound!

Integrity auto really saved me. I had my broken down truck towed there on a Sunday afternoon after trying to head back to Phoenix. They were definitely busy but I let them know my situation and they made time for me and took care of me. I was out of there by Monday evening and back to the valley. Thank you guys for taking care of my truck and the peace of mind. I highly recommend this small town shop!

This facility was recommended by our neighbor. As we did have some work done, we will not be returning. The prices that they charge are not worth it and are extremely high. In our scope of work we had the oil change done. Had to take it back because they over filled the oil and did not replace the door panel properly. We had a window register replaced. This vehicle did not leak any oil until the did the oil change. Shotty workmanship. They do not take care of there customers very well.

We came from out of town and noticed our brakes were going out. They were able to order the parts and fix our breaks on our truck by the next day and they even gave us a ride to a hotel the night it broke down. These guys are super easy to work with and really uphold a good small town business.Services: Auto brake repair

We were just on a trip to Flagstaff for the weekend and we started to have trouble with the breaks on our Highlander. We found Integrity Auto Techs through Google maps. They were able to fix diagnose and fix the issue right away so that we could get back on the road for our trip. A big shout out to Jacoby for amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
