“Stayed in June, so not a lot of people. Quiet, typical rooms. Nice pool, I liked that the first floor had balconies that lead to the pool. Could use an update, more like a motel. No problem with our stay.”
“What a nice surprise this was! A luxury room, an outdoor activity center and gathering place in the back with a dual Olympic regulation horseshoe pit, located next to the Camp Verde feed store with a display of exotic chickens that you can schedule an encounter with for free and hand feed with meal worms. A short distance from historic Fort Verde epicenter of the Apache Wars a series of armed conflicts between the United States Army and various Apache tribal confederations fought in the southwest between 1849 and 1886, though minor hostilities continued until as late as 1924 and whenever Walmart has a sale on beer. Close to an array of amazing antique stores and five-star restaurants, all at a very reasonable price.”
