Lana is so skilled at what she does and makes you feel very comfortable. She has a very calming and nurturing demeanor.You'll look and feel like a million bucks walking out of there. Her prices are a fraction of Scottsdale/Sedona prices and the quality of what she offers is exceptional.

I'm her husband so I'm not sure if my review matters but I have major disabilities her class leaves me a little sore but feeling great. You get that work out, flexibility and mobility to your spots that cause issues. I was showing progress until my back went out again. Love you babs can't wait to start up again.
