I was very happy with the service that was provided to me by Hauser Glass - until I found something questionable about the work that was done several weeks later. When I spoke to the owner about it, he started to get a bit hot-headed about it, contesting the terms I was using and acting as if it were not possible, and even went so far as to describe in detail why it was probably the last person who did my windshield's fault (which is ironically who referred me to Hauser Glass, and he was aware of it). If they were to have found this issue with my vehicle when they started working on it, they should have told me then, rather than have it become a "he said/she said" sort of situation after the fact. That isn't a good place to put oneself in the realm of customer service. He may have even been correct about it happening before, but it's a moot point, as Hauser Glass has lost our business. Can not recommend.

I found this company by a referral from someone at Whole Foods in Sedona. Here's what I have to say...From the gal who answered the phone and made my appointment, to the guy who repaired my windshield, they were awesome. Very kind and professional people. Honest pricing. My 05 Suburban’s rear glass window had the hinge break on one side I called my favorite mechanic shop and they suggested Hauser Glass. I am glad they did they ordered the window and had installed quickly. Customer service was great. Thank you Chuck.

Hauser Glass has been awesome. We are here from Maine and spending the winter in Az. There are lots of rocks on the road here and I have broken three windows on my truck. Once was my fault. But in each instance, Hauser Glass got me in quickly and did an great job fixing my truck. Very happy with the service and quality of work. I highly recommend them.
