I am double checking I called Wells Fargo today to ask for their mailing address. A gentleman told me Suite 35? 1751 Hwy 95 Bullhead City AZ 86442 (no mention of a SUITE # on their website.

Just a typical bank I guess, a little strange though, we deposited $1,100 in cash and the deposit showed pending for the next three days, how is cash a pending deposit? The response to the foregoing review still makes no sense, the teller enters the cash into your account on the computer and hands you a receipt, if processing is needed beyond that then you need a system upgrade, you buy an item at the store and it is instantly deducted from the stock in the computer, one step, how is adding or subtracting money a two or three step process at this bank.

wells Fargo in Bullhead city should put up a sign that you need to register with a teller when waiting for an appointment with a banker.

Hours are never correct online. Somehow nobody in the building is ever available to answer a phone call no matter the day or hour. Ridiculous, sad excuse for a Wells Fargo branch.

I had the pleasure of going to the Wells Fargo in Bullhead City Arizona this morning, to open an account.What a refreshing experience, compared to the Kingman Branch!Besides there being several tellers available to assist walk ins at the counter, there were several Personal bankers available to assist with opening accounts, etc.I had the pleasure of working with Ciara.She was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, with a wonderful attitude.I hope she is recognized for the asset that she is, to this branch.

Online says there's Saturday hours. Get to location it's closed. Veterans day was yesterday 11.12.22 today is not a federal banking holiday 11.13.22No signage, announcements, nothing. Do not post you're open and then not be without explanation or warning. People have bills to pay. This is not just an inconvenience this is jeopardizing my ability to keep my bills paid on time.

The branch is open during normal business hours, the drive thru teller's are available during normal business hours, but normally I am able to process moms transactions using the ATM 24hrs a day
