Wish I could give zero stars. Have never in my life meet with such rude and uncaring people. My feeling is if you dislike your job you need to find something you do enjoy. And stop taking out your frustrations on the poor people who only want their medication. Such a shame because this use to be a nice pharmacy.

This is a great pharmacy. The service is always excellent and if there is a line that moves very fast.

WALMART is Blessed with their pharmacy staff. I want to say that this is the best Walmart Pharmacy ever. The two ladies that were there ( sorry I didn't get there names) are the kindest people. We were able to get replacement meds with no hassle to enjoy our vacation!!!

Tech answered the phone, then when I began to speak, put me on hold and instead of doing his job and assisting me with prices on a prescription, told me to just go look on GoodRx.

I've used this pharmacy for the past 10 years and had great service. That all changed April 25 . I was assisted by " HEIDI" This woman is in my opinion, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE NASTY CLERK EVER !! The pharmacist named " MAY, must have learned customer service from the same person as HEIDI" In my opinion They both need to be kicked to the curb. Just rude and nasty.

Urgent Care called in a prescription for me approximately 1 hour prior to my arrival at Wal-Mart. I waited in line about 5 minutes, showed my ID, Medicare Card and Insurance Card.I was told to come back in 15 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and waited in line again for 5 minutes. I received the prescription as ordered: a prepacked item that should have taken less than one minute to fulfill, including printing out the usual pharmacy boiler plate drug specific paperwork. Wal-Marts lack of concern for my time will result in the above prescription order being my first and last at the Wal-Mart at this location.
