The worst pharmacy ever and the employees are totally fake especially ERLINDA and the managers are total fakes alsoThey will lie to the insurance companies,lie to the doctors and lie to their customers You could not pay me to use this pharmacy ever againAnd the DEA will be notified along with all local and state law enforcement as this place needs to be shut down immediately!If you like being lied to and treated like poop then this is the place for!

Walgreen's pharmacy has been largely a disappointment because of their lack of customer service. I have tried to call them several times and have waited an average of over 30 minutes on hold before I can get an answer. This morning I gave up after a 40 minute wait. I had been informed that there were 2 callers ahead of me, so I had a reasonable expectation that they would get to me sooner than 40 minutes.

The kiosk is hard to use not use their friendly for first time beginners. Instructions are not user friendly it was hard to navigate and their equipment does not function properly. I was trying to get some pictures off my phone and the cable that plugs into the phone is very touchy and if anything happened then I had to start over. Had to start over four times. The person working behind the counter was super helpful without him I would have never gotten it done. Unfortunately the store was pretty busy and not only was he trying to help me and another person at the other kiosk and take customers at his window and also get people's photos and stuff out to them as they were coming up to pick up their items. Unfortunately it took me probably somewhere about an hour and a half to download four photos and scan to other photos. Price was very reasonable and service was really good. Need a lot more practice using their equipment.

I come to this pharmacy because my insurance otherwise I would not come here. Today I called to inquire about a prescription and the young ladies answering the phone yells loudly in my ear. I said thanks for that and she said you're welcome and I'm thinking if that's what you consider courtesy, then you are not a good customer service rep.

Would give them 0 stars if possible! DO NOT go to the pharmacy here. They shorted my mom 70 pills!!! And when she went back to tell them. They acted like she took them. And blamed her for their mess up. My mom has gone there for years and was ALWAYS very respectful and even friendly with most of the workers. And they all were so rude and ganged up on her when she was simply trying to get the meds they shorted her. AND the lady who helped count the pills was not even supposed to be working back there! She was a front end cashier of the store! Isn't that illegal?? She also went to break right after "counting her pills" she probably stole them! We called corporate! So hopefully something is done. I also went to complain with my husband because I was so mad how they treated my mom for no reason, and the lady (her name is Laura Lynn) she shut the gate on my husband's arm. Then proceded to push on him and tell him to move. So we had the cops called. So unprofessional, and where are these peoples decency? Shame on them for treating other humans so badly because they can't do their job right! They should all be fired for what they are doing. Even the people in line were agreeing. So many have issues going there. Now a day after this happened the store is "temporarily closed" so I'm hoping an investigation is going on and something is done.

This Wallgreens has made the cut to be shut down. Unorganized, no management or supervision , employees telling customers they are not paid enough and need raise, they blame management for not managing the business. The pharmacy needs to be closed. They are understaffed, cannot hire and retain staff. They dont answer the phone, they loose prescriptions, they keep you waiting. The phymarsist on duty the woman has no management experiance, very poor customer service. Selling girl scout cookies to customers picking up prescriptions is not acceptable.

An absolute joke. Waited in line at the pharmacy for 25 minutes and they were able to assist 1, yes one, customer. Called to speak to a manager or assistant manager and we were advised they only work during the day.

they could answer their phones or disconnect them if they are under staffed. staffing is grossly inaccurate based on clients. if my insurance company did not require them I would never walk in their store again. even when you go to the store you can plan on being their at least 45 minutes it's a joke.

Never get a Covid test done here. My client and I have come and I had thought that we had to wait in line for a Covid test inside the store, never got one from here before. I wait 30 minutes to get seen my pharmacist and they tell me I have to go through the drive thru. I thought it was inside because I heard another pharmacist tell another employee to go to the back of the line. So I go to the drive thru get the test done, completely different from cvs. It's been a week and my results and my clients results never came back? It was the rapid test we had gotten done! Very unprofessional here....

I'm going to keep this as brief as possible because I've wasted enough time on this awful company. I have waited for over 2 months for corporate to call me back. I wasn't going to write a review right away because I wanted to give Walgreens a chance to at least correct the issue and apologize. I'm not going to sit on hold another minute with Walgreens corporate!! They said it was still under investigation and would call me back but they rudely have not!! They could've KILLED my husband. The Walgreens in Bullhead City AZ gave my husband someone else's blood pressure meds, thinking it was antibiotics for his toothache, he took the meds for several days. Come to find out they were not antibiotics, it was blood pressure meds. These meds made him really sick because HE WAS ALREADY ON BP meds. I could get into more details but I'm not going to bother. WALGREENS YOU COULD HAVE KILLED MY HUSBAND. WTH is wrong you and your pharmacists? Besides taking the wrong meds, he need to be on Antibiotics to help him with an abscessed toothache. That infection alone put his life in danger. With that being said not only should you beware of the Walgreens in Bullhead City Arizona (I won't mention the LONG wait) please beware of every single Walgreens pharmacy you walk into in every state and city they operate!!!! They are completely unprofessional and incompetent!!!!!!
