I just want to commend Ryan for his dedication to his work. Technically speaking we are subscribers of consumer cellular.. but we are from out of town & I needed help with my phone. It got stuck in black and white mode and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. He was more than happy to sit with me and try to understand the problem. The amount of patience he had with me and the type of experience is not one you would typically find anywhere else.

I visited the Bullhead City store in the beginning of year with a broken phone. Right away I was greeted by Drew with a smiling face. Drew was able to get me the best deal for iphone 15 ProMax and walked me through how to retrieve all my information before I left the store. I was able to follow up with him on any questions i had afterwards as well.

I was having issues with my galaxy s23ultra display which prompted me to come in. Sat down and worked with Ryan. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to fix my problem on the phone. Clean out all the junk apps and look at my account for better offers. 10/10 experience.

Salesman said we would receive a 200 dollar gift card if we signed up for the home Internet, so that was one of the reasons we did get it, have not received it and the salesman said he did not say that, what a joke to tell us that and say he didn't after we can't return it

This is not a legit Verizon store, it's a 3rd party that marks everything up to make more money. Was working with Drew to get a couple tablets for our company....very cool to your face but when it came time to swipe my card for the "taxes on the devices" he failed to mention that he added $70 for him "setting up" the devices (which I had to do myself when I got back to my office. A shame to violate your personal integrity for $70 and deceive customers because you know nobody would willingly pay $70 for you to turn on 2 tablets and make sure they are activated.
