I also rented a trailer to move a couch a few days later & he helped me with that too, even though he had to stay about an hour after they closed. Awesome service, thanks man.”

“Sid was highly friendly and welcoming when we came in to get a 15 footer for an in-town move. Truck was ready on time and in good condition with properly inflated tires and a clean bed. The cab was a little sticky.The truck itself drove like a whale, pulling to one side. The mirrors refused to stay put and the seat was as hard as a rock. However, I understand this was an older truck and it was only for a day, not a week. What really counted was that the engine and brakes were perfect. Feather touch brakes made the drive pleasant! The engine gave me plenty of power exactly when I needed it. I can put up with a whole lot of discomfort for the important parts. I got all my questions answered and the return was quick and easy. I will definitely use this particular U-Haul again.”
