They had my us bring in our bearded dragon and do a "return" so they could have their vet look at her. One day later, they said the vet treated her and she was recovering well, but needed to stay there for recovery for 3 more weeks to be sure. A week later, we called to check and they casually told us she died. Basically, "oh yea, sorry, she died. We meant to tell you. The vet said nothing was wrong with her, but she wouldn't eat, so she died." I know for a fact, she needed antibiotics because our vet diagnosed her, but they said they'd do it instead. Sounds like they never even had her see a vet, they just lied and let her die. We wouldve brought her to our vet in Vegas, if we had known they were bullsh*tting. How very cruel and disgusting of them.

I left a good review for employee Chris on February 4th, He gave us a very positive experience at that time so I was excited to see him when I went in today to get some fish. I have purchased over $400 worth of tanks at Petsmart over the past couple months, I have been into fish keeping since I was 2-3. My family has kept fish for years. I have never in my life went into a store that flat out refuses to sell you fish. I asked for a algae eater (one of my sons favorites) and he says "What size tank and who else is in it?" So I explain it's a 40 gallon and we have two goldfish in there. "Stop feeding the goldfish more than 1-2x a week and you don't need an algae eater, the fish will kill it." ... okay. So we move on and ask about a couple of fish to go into a 20 gallon with some Danios. "There's nothing you can put in there." So at this point we realize he's not going to sell us fish, period and leave the store. I refuse to be interrogated by someone to buy $5 fish. If I don't want to follow their advice they could just say any warranty will be voided if you buy them without taking my advice. That would of been fine. But no they FLAT OUT REFUSED to sell me a fish. Meanwhile I can walk up and buy 20 Bettas if I want, just grab them off the shelf no questions asked.. I can't believe I spent over $400 on supplies and tanks and now I can't even put anything but 2 DANIOS in a 20 gallon and 2 goldfish in a 40 gallon. Just not right. Period.

Been to this location 3 times for aquarium related goods. Finely abs helpful staff. I needed to use the restroom, what a nightmare! It was so gross I'll have trouble ever returning to this place! Management needs to take some responsibility for this!

very disappointed, between living in Southern California and now Laughlin, Nevada our 80 pd Aussie has been groomed at a Petsmart, 7 yrs ago she pulled a ligament in her hind leg, needing extra rest time from standing, after at least 4 times to this Petsmart, she has been deemed a " liability " and that I should take her somewhere else, needless to say I sure will, extremely disappointed in Petsmart.

Adopted a sweet girl from our shelter incorrigible little pitty! Took her for training with Jacki Cochrane and in only a few weeks she had learned so much. Thanks to Jacki she is becoming a great addition to our home!
