This has to be one of the worst T-Mobiles! "Manager" was rude and just couldn't be bothered with paper work for me to upgrade my phone. Lied and said I was unable to upgrade due to payment arrangement (even though bill was current) however went to another T-Mobile and it went threw no problem! Also there was a new hire, he was trying to hard to learn and both manager and employee were so rude and irritated with him! I felt so bad for him. I hope he's able to change locations.

blew me off twice and sent me on my way, couldn’t help me taking a line off of my account and couldn’t help me change my plan. What exactly is this store here for then? seems like nobody cares in that store ?? customer service also sucks.had to call the 611 number just to get some decent help. definitely switching phone companies after my bill is paid, my loyalty for the past 5 years obviously means nothing to them.

Sales reps are crooks and liars. They will tell you whatever they want to sell a phone so they can get commission. Free line, free phone, sounds too good to be true, it is. Wait until your next bill to see what "free" really is. They will not help you out after the fact and you will be stuck paying for the "free" phone. Horrible customer service in store AND through the customer care phone. Take your business elsewhere.

We had to wait for 40 mins for service. BUT the help we got from Gary was priceless. Patience he had explaining things to us (and sometimes more than once).
