“Monica & her husband took care my close friend of my mother's storage. She helped me keep track of payments so I never missed a payment. When the time came I pd a couple guys to help bag as much junk because it was trully junk. I felt obligated to keep this storage till I found his family pics. I did finally find them thanks to Monica allowing us time to go thru and clear all we possibly could out as we live out of statements another company that help was the Junk Janitor. He did a load of trash because your not allowed to dump in facilities trash. She always followed the rules and did her job to the fullest. I wished I could have done better but living out of town and nit knowing the area is difficult and finding a couple guys to help was a God send for my boys who work nights and we're exhausted. I recommend this place to anyone needing long term storage. He had his there maybe 7 yr plus and the rates stayed the same which is amazing. This would never happen in Vegas. Thank Ameriacan Mini Storage for taking care Mr William he appreciated you guys before his death in 2020. Thank you! Monica and to Natahan her son who supplied cold water and help me carry out some trash bags. A strong weel mannered young man.”
“This place has amazing amenities. If you want to, you can bring an entire 18-wheeler inside and park it right next to your unit! (Who offers that? I've never seen it before!) Very reasonable rates, high ceilings, 24-hour access, extremely well lit at night, friendly office staff, gate clicker can be purchased for about $35, what's not to like?
Generic construction design that's highly inappropriate for the desert, that's what.
I had a 10x10 for 15 months then moved into a 5x10 for 4 months. Both were on the south side.
When I first moved into the 10x10, the little ledges on the metal siding had sand caked onto them, especially the ones lower down. The main reason was obvious: the outer wall stopped about 6 to 8 inches short of the ceiling, leaving a huge gap to the outside.
I got myself a 12-foot ladder and duct-taped plastic tarp over the gap. Sand still got in through small openings around the door, etc., but the tarp helped a lot.
The 5x10's only wall to the outside was the door. I didn't bother to tarp anything this time. When I vacated after 4 months, I was appalled by how much sand got on my stuff. It was like it had been stored on a carport without any tarp over it. The sand doesn't get inside covered plastic storage bins thankfully, but the particles are so fine, they accumulate on pretty much anything that's exposed to the air.
Mohave Storage may not be the original owner, in which case they aren't responsible for the poor design. Despite this and despite how much I love everything else about this property, the sand problem is just too big a deal for 5 stars.”

“I spoke with Marlow over the phone and she was super pleasant and had very clear instructions to help me through the process! The phone call took not even 10 minutes, and Marlow was super patient with my 20000 questions-as I'm 21 and this is my first storage place. Very patient and understanding, I really appreciate it! And might I add that the 6.5 x 8ft is only $60!”

I don’t normally give a 5 star rating because there is always room for improvement, but The owner went above and beyond with his customer service and the prices are the lowest I found in town. Everyone charges about 70-80 dollars for an outside unit and his price is $60 for a 5 x 8 unit. When I had some personal issues, he worked with me so I wouldn’t lose my stuff. I highly recommend this place if you need something small and quick or even not small and quick. Best prices, and the best customer service. Great people to rent from, nobody better; not even when I lived in Vegas did I get better treatment.”

“I rent a unit on Ramar and would like to share that it is a very clean place and it's well lit up if you need to be there at night. It's a gated in facility which mean only people with a code can go in and out so theres no 'people hanging around that shouldn't be there. I recommend anybody that's needing to rent a unit to rent with Mojave storage.”
