If you want to rent a home in Bullhead City AZ there is only one place I’d recommend QMC the most honest, trustworthy, friendly, understanding, and caring property management team in the tristate area and possibly all of AZ. QMC has a great attitude and a great staff making them the best around! Just sayin. ??????

Apparently adding a washer and dryer to your unit is a breach of contact. The women are senile and very rude and are unless you are a brown noser they will blatantly disrespect you. Took them over a year to fix an air conditioner issue. I would avoid renting at all costs but they take advantage of a bad economy.

After 4 years renting through quality management I learned as long as you fix it and don't complain pay your rent early there is not a problem. But let one person complain against you and you are the devil . The business practices are extremely unprofessional the tactics are not legal that are used to remove people from homes whatever. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
