We had a house built by Larry Adams Pueblo Construction 3 1/2 years ago. While we are happy with some of the subs he used on our project, the terrible supervision, lack of job care and cleanliness and terrible workmanship was bad. Windows were installed incorrectly and damaged by the framing contractor he used to install them. Incorrect window flashing was used and the required window installation procedure was not followed. Sloppy work conditions and lack of supervision was evident throughout the project. Door thresholds and finish flooring weren't protected throughout construction. Shower/Tub was filled with debris and pieces of drywall. Code compliances were not met and Pueblo had to be pressured to comply. Our kitchen island with quartz countertop is not even sitting square in the kitchen and looks like crap. Larry to this day hasn't got off his rear to even come down and look at it. He just had his subs come out and of course blamed it on each other. For a builder who has been building for over 50 years, the quality or lack of, along with poor supervision and not staying up to date on building codes and correct installation practices shows in even the simplest of projects. We recently completed a custom designed and built home by Larry Adams and Pueblo construction. We can not say enough good things about the experience from beginning to end. We came to Larry with an idea on paper and he brought our dream to life. He did what he said he would do, in the time he said it would take, within budget. He monitored the job, visiting the site every day. We made a few changes along the way and he made them quickly. We selected Pueblo after watching two homes being built in our neighborhood. The Pueblo project was complete while the other sat for months waiting for the roof to be done.
