This is my favorite Planet Fitness by far. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The place is always clean and the equipment is always working properly and not down with signs on them. It isn't fancy or newly renovated and the equipment isn't the latest greatest, but it all works. I feel comfortable here.
UPDATED REVIEW
This place is still has a great staff but the hydrobeds seem to have issues on a pretty constant basis and the stand up tanning bed has been cutting out @ 2 to 4 minutes rather than giving me my full 9 minutes for the past 2 weeks. This is not only frustrating but also a waste of my tanning lotion that I have already applied because you only allow us to tan every 24 hours and it cannot be reset again. No alternative, I'm just done tanning for however long the bed decides to run for. I was told that until they get enough complaints it probably won't get fixed...well that's super impressive. You need to do better. My Black Card doesn't seem to really have any benefits. Im becoming more and more disenchanted every week with this place.

I would give a negative star review if I could.
I had gotten the black card membership sometime in April of 2023 I kid you not I went to the fitness center 2 times in 12 months. They say that they're a judgment free zone..... THAT IS A BOLD FACED LIE. I not only got judgemental remarks from some of the other people in the gym, but I heard the judgemental remarks from the employees, they thought I couldn't hear them.
They had no problem taking my money. They took the yearly "maintenance" fee without my knowledge; they did that twice.
I had called my " home" gym to cancel my membership with them and they said that their computers were down and that I could do it online and not to worry there won't be a fee.
The next thing I know they are taking out $64 out of my account.
So I will not recommend anyone to go to this gym. They lie, steal and judge people.

It might be time for a change. ALL of the staff members are fantastic, especially Bobby, Jesus, and Emily! The new GM seems great, as well, however, SEVERAL pieces of equipment are “out of order,” and have been for quite some time. Also, the water pressure is ridiculously low, not to mention the air conditioning system. I’ve been a PF member for years, and travel to many different locations across the U.S. I won’t cancel my membership, but local members deserve MUCH better. Again, I’m not blaming the day-to-day people, but some of these problems need to be addressed.

Gym is consistently dirty. Things are always broken. Right now that's both urinals in the men's room AND the water fountain. Cross your fingers if you want a hot shower after your workout. Staff never leave the front desk. Two, three and sometimes four of them standing around chatting and on their phones. Don't bother making them aware of issues. It has no effect.

The Bullhead City PF staff is really great! I attend PF right after my normal workday during rush hour 5-7. The young, thin, friendly female leader is the best..her workers are attentive to members’ needs & concerns. The paper towel dispensers & cleanser bottles are always full & functioning so I can do my part to enjoy a clean gym while exercising. I also appreciate how equipment and exs machines are maintained well & repaired in a timely manner when necessary. One thing I like most about Bullhead City PF location is the music provided through the overhead speakers. The music choice makes me particularly happy because I hate country music with a passion & I don’t really enjoy metal either. Please continue with the same music of recent provision. I feel it creates a positive atmosphere with the right beat/ pace conducive to exercising. I’ve been very happy attending Bullhead City PF. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant environment . Kudos guys! Keep it up, you’re Awesome :)
