“The five stars are for this excellent, well-run bank branch. However, banking consumers beware: Chase Bank has an overzealous, trigger-happy fraud department that reverses totally unsuspicious checks written by average everyday customers with sufficient funds in their accounts. To make matters worse, they do so without any attempt to contact the account owner to confirm they wrote the check. There is evidence to suggest that Chase's cavalier approach to fighting fraud can sometimes result in even more harm to the average law-abiding customer. I strongly recommend avoiding Chase Bank.”
“A couple things I really like about this bank. First is during buisness hours an atm is available inside the lobby as well as the drive thru and the atm out front. The tellers were quick, efficient and exceptionally nice. I have a checking account at chase and I do recommend this financial establishment for banking needs. I go back on a regular, it's my bank.”
“I've been using this bank for years. The staff was always friendly and never gave me issues. Ive never had an issue with their fees and their account requirements are lower than other well known companies. The only downfall I have is they don't have more locations in more states. Otherwise it's been a pleasure working with this bank.”
