My power window quit working on my car. In fact, it dropped several inches down and would not go back up. I went into Midvalley auto Center, and told Tom about the situation. He came out and checked it out, and told me I needed a gear assembly. he checked and he could get the part. I told him please proceed to make the repair. The repair was done quickly. The repair only took about two hours. Very grateful to them for their quality and speedy work. I’m from out of town, and I use them about 15 years ago for another car repair, and they still had me in their system. I would highly recommend them, good people,and fair rates

Stay away from these crooks they will take your money and won’t fix the problem. Took my car in said it was a bad battery 650 dollars and still had the problem! Took it back tried to charge over 2500 so I took it to the dealership and guess what they tried to rob me for more money! Save yourself time and money because they don’t know what they are doing! They are only in business to take your money!!!!!!!! CROOKS

For some reason they will run a card without having the physical card which has led to me getting $2000 stolen from my account. How does a south carolina businesses debut card information get used at a Arizona store the day my son is born? Do your due diligence, check ID'S verify they aren't using stolen payment credentials. A quick Google search and they'd have caught the fraud.

Mid Valley Auto has always done me very well. I have been going there for over 4 years. They have taken very good care of my Durango. They have never pushed any maintenance on me. When they do a standard service and find something that they notice. They are very clear and to the point of what they see and the repair that might be necessary. Also, when I have a problem I ask them to look at. They are very helpful at the lowest rate they would need to offer in order to do an adjustment or repair. I am edging at 300,000 miles on my vehicle and it runs incredibly well because of the basic maintenance I receive from them. And, conversation with Vernon and Tom is casual and easy to understand. I would go no other place than Mid Valley.

On 3/19/24 I dropped my F150 off for a muffler, oil change, tune up, and to see why my heater wasn't heating. $1800 was the cost to repair the heater which was more then I wanted to pay for this vehicle with 310k miles. Veron then recommended a fuel injection cleaning. He caused my lifters to tick and when I addressed this with him after driving a short distance he said he'd put more oil in it and it should go away. They also put the peddle to the metal 6 times while I waited. I asked why they treated my truck like this and got no reply. After 30 miles a rod blew and he refuses to fix it. He also lied to my credit card company and said I was satisfied when I paid. I did not receive my truck till the next day after I already paid. He said I refused repairs he recommended which is another complete lie. He refuses to make this right. I will be taking him to small claims for ruining the last few miles I had on my beloved truck and reporting him to BAR . He takes advantage of women and since this issue I have met a few he has charged $166 for a basic oil change. He is a very rude person who will not take the blame for his wrong doings. My truck ran perfectly fine before he got a hold of it. Stay away if you want to not waste your money on this establishment or take the chance of paying for more issues.

I got my oil and filter changed at Mid Valley auto. I found out there are three different types of oil, and they helped me pick the proper oil for my car. And they checked all my fluid levels and tire pressure for free. The price was down to earth also.
