Terrence Bell in the Bullhead store was awsome and gave me the information I needed to make a decision on a mattress. I went there to get a feel of a medium to firm mattress. He was so helpful. When my husband got home we went back and made the purchase. It was such a great atmosphere in the store with Terrence and Chris. Thank you for a great experience.

The customer service is fantastic! Any time we need something this is our first and almost always our last stop. Ask for Terrence he’s farntastic. Because they don’t get paid off commission they don’t hound you, but they help you with whatever you need.

Mattressland and Furniture can seem really expensive and you can find similar stuff online for less. However I realize the quality of the furniture is guaranteed at MattressLand where as shopping online it is still "a hit and miss, but won't know until it arrives" situation. They do stand out for that and also if you need to finance the furniture. Those are their best qualities.

Shopped online and had a couple of questions. Used the text option to ask my questions and they responded promptly and thoroughly. I was able to complete my purchase and set up delivery with no hassle via a phone call and Chris provided excellent customer service!

Tammy is the best salesperson ever. She. Has helped me a few times when I came in. She is very knowledgeable, patient and honest. Not your typical salesman type person. And Chris was also awesome. He found some really terrific financing that helped me be able to purchase exactly what I wanted and have small payments over a short period of time.

Horrible experience my wife and I observed the freaky looking guy sitting at the front desk with the long disgusting hair using the "f" word about a customer that wanted a military discount after he left, and while he was sitting there he was spitting his tobacco into a bottle picking out the tobacco from his disgusting beard never even noticed us sitting on a sofa that we were considering buying but no one came over to sell it to us and after seeing how he was acting like a fool singing out loud and using the f word saying to another employee these people that come in for a discount we don't need those cheap people. So we left disgusted and from what a Ashley employee told us about a rumor "that place has bugs" it's true we noticed a couple of little roaches crawling around on their furniture. We couldn't wait to get out of that place and will never come back again.
