Decent store but terrible customer service. I was looking for a new washing machine. There was a large selection and reasonably priced but absolutely no customer service to sell me one. I asked for help and waited more than a half hour to no avail. I soon gave up and went to Home Depot where I was immediately assisted and purchased a $1300 washer.Sorry Lowes when you snooze you lose.
