Want to thank Walt so much for helping us with our order on 10/24/23. He pulled our order made sure it was in stock before we drove 1.5 hours to Bullhead. He had our order loaded on a cart ready for us when we got there at 800pm. Thanks again we really appreciate help like this. He did exactly what he promised and boom boom we were back on the road with our hard to find purchase. Havasu store did not have any on stock. So we had to drive from Havasu to Bullhead. Thanks again

I understand 4:45 pm on Sunday afternoon is not a busy time for the store. So the skeleton crew that remains may not include their best representatives. But I will say that the so-called customer service woman at the "self-serve checkout" was the worst I've ever encountered. That she still has a job after REFUSING to call a manager and instead telling two old ladies, 70 and 90 years old, to go to Lumber to check out is beyond me. Every employee I have ever dealt with for my paint needs has been epic. It's too bad one's last impression has to be spoiled by a minimum-wage employee with a bad attitude. Oh, if only I had taken a picture of her! On her phone while a young woman with toddlers in her basket struggled to check herself out! When I called the manager, Tom, the next day, he was apologetic but he certainly didn't offer me any incentive to come back to the store, much less a callback after he had addressed the situation. I guess I'll be shopping at Ace from now on. Thanks for nothing, Tom. I bet you don't treat your contractors the same way you treat your local old folks.

I purchased a home that came with New Appliances, and my refrigerator wasn't working right, along with several dents and scratches. I called the manufacturer, and they worked with Lowe's to give me a new refrigerator. Bobbie, the manager, was extremely helpful and made the whole situation so much easier. She was able to get me the new refrigerator delivered the very next day, without any problems. The delivery guys were great, too ! Thank you, Bobbie, for making everything go smoothly !

Five. Stars for Tina.. We had an issue with the wall unit. We had to return the air conditioner, and I wanted the exact same one. I knew it was in stock. I saw it online. And also, the cashier told us yes, there's still one available .cashier directed us to Bill, he said nope it's not in the store. I told him, sir it shows online that they have an air conditioner the one I want one in the store. He kept saying no no sorry it's not here no sorry. WELL thank you TINA. for listening, and finding the air conditioner that I KNEW it was in the store. 100% great customer service. Thank you again for your kindness and finding that air conditioner. Bill, maybe you should go back to customer service class . Or maybe Tina should teach you a thing or two.

I bought a new dishwasher on 1/11/23. Paid for delivery & installation. I was told it was in stock. Not so. It took 2 weeks to get to the store, then another 2 weeks to get it delivered. Day of delivery..I was charged $300 for an outlet and a vapor lock (?) On the sink. I wasn't ready for that. Installer did not check to see if it was working and it wasn't flush with the cabinets. Found out IT DOESNT WORK! Waited another week for the same installer to declare that it indeed doesn't work. Lowe's is supposed to call me. They didn't. I called them & they said they would call me back. No call. I just want my money and fees refunded. Disgusting!

My girlfriend and I ordered a washing machine and dryer on Sunday at the Lowe's in Bullhead City, LOWE's asked if I wanted them delivered Monday.....After an HOUR of waiting for them to get their computers to work, we decided on Tuesday because I needed a little notice to take a vacation day. Lowe's called me Tuesday morning and now the washing machine they promised me to be delivered on Tuesday won't be to the store until Wednesday and can't be delivered to me until Thursday......so since I can't take another day off work to sit around, I have to wait until the weekend to get my washer and dryer. Great customer service, I recommend NEVER using Lowe's to have something delivered. UNLESS, you don't work and can sit around waiting all week for a delivery that may or may not happen. If I could give negative stars I would.

Eclipse flooring arrived early and completed the best carpet you can get. Installers are friendly and respect the property. Finished in a couple of hours. We are happy with the results. I highly recommend Kris to measure the room and Janet's professional expertise for your carpet project.

We needed security cameras. The man that waited on us was very knowledgeable and helped us fulfill all of our once I need. I am very very happy with laws. Awesome.

I ordered a door in early October. When no one called (two months later) to tell me when they would install it, I called the store 15 days in a row and went to the store to talk to the manager. No one ever returned my calls. Even the manager did not return my calls. This is no way to run a business! Scratch Lowe's from any further home improvement purchases.

Assistant manager Rana has terrible customer service, he simply does not know how to provide any customer service he does not care about customers. We had a problem with this Lowes in BHC and was mojorly inconvenienced. We ask for a resolution and he refused to do anything for the major inconvenience his store casued and was responsible for. Rana acts like a bully instead of a manager never going back to Lowes again after this "assistant manager" Rana leaving a bad flavor in our mouth not stepping up to provide customer service like he should. I hope someone from Lowes contacts us so we can get a resolution and change our mind about Lowes.

We had some lady out to look at our windows, make some recommendations, and hopefully have them install them. First, the lady was more interested talking about herself, we never even got a quotes, and that was 2.5 weeks ago, and she said we would have to deal directly with the installer is something went wrong with our windows down the line. I'm done!!! Needless to say, we called Home Depot, and the guy who came out was great. We were able to do everything while he was at our home. Obviously Lowes is not in this business, and if they are, find a better sales person if they are going to take up peoples valuable time.

Worst place to work for & shop
