Great experience, quick service and friendly, until...I went in for two separate lab requests for two different doctors. They inadvertently sent all results to one doctor. When I called and requested they rectify their error, I was treated poorly and told it was not their problem by Jose. I am unclear if he is in charge or just who was given my call to resolve but he clearly was not willing to make this right nor admit their error. I advised him that my service there had been great until this and he said ok thanks and hung up on me. My advice, Jose is not a friendly guy and so long as you do not have to deal with him you should be fine. Make sure they have the order requisitions for the correct doctors before walking away and I suggest taking a copy of the requisition with you at check in.

Mostly all staff are nice and helpful. There’s a lady in front not very pleasant and always very slow. I try to avoid her. But all the phlebotomist are very pleasant and gently. Just a bad location - up stairs or in gross elevator to get there

This is one of the worst labcorp I have been, It took about an 1 Hour just getting my blood tested because I have diabetes, the employees are unprofessional. I waited in the wait area about 50 minutes! Please read this to improve

Managers pls look at your workers, this place is a joke? not only they are always mad, or miserable, they get mad if you ask a question, they dont admit their mistakes, paperwork just disappear even tho they have been sent 5 times they still have the audacity of saying we have nothing from you, this lady told me just writte your name and bday tuen 2 days later I get a called from the doctor saying that the labcorp toss my stuff because it did not have the time or the day, and I was never told to do so, when I told her that she should have tell me, she denied it, she said I did tell you when dhe did not do it.. I asked for a managers number, because I have them on camara all those MF liars are going to b exposed this is the worst place to have your labs done

My husband is hard of hearing and has trouble with electronic devices. After going to this Labcorp for several years, today the woman at the desk, Eva, was the worse front desk person we've encountered. She offered no help just telling us to check in at the kiosk. I told her we would wait for her to check in with. Then she got pretty rude and never asked us anything and I needed to have results sent to another medical office but she snapped at us and told us to sit. She then told me I was rude after trying to explain what my husband was there for. Then my husband said the phelabotomist really hurt him...the first time ever at that lab. And Eva, let another man struggle at the kiosk and never offered help. He called his wife to come up to help him. They were still struggling when we were done. Worst visit ever. Going to possibly go to Quest now.
