Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. My wife just filed with these guys this morning, and ended up paying hundreds with the same information that Turbo Tax calculated, and ended up actually getting a fair return with. Should have just filed with Turbo Tax like every other year. Commplete lack of costomer service. Did not mention a word about having to pay in until it was being finalized. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience, my wife and I have gone here for four years now and never had a problem until this year. We were essentially rushed the entire time and when we told her we were concerned that she did them wrong because of our return amount she gaslighted us and told us that it was how it was supposed be then when I called to have them check they sent me to her phone… 1500 dollars to this company and they robbed us this year.
