If I could rate a lower score than one star, I would. Went in today to get a chunk of fake turf for my dog yard. The service person in flooring was having a personal conversation with another customer. She saw that we were waiting and didn't even acknowledge us with a timeline that she might help. She just let us stand there. I felt like a predator as I started moving closer to urge her to at least notice. NOTHING! I finally closed in closer when she asked the guy what he needed. It was a small porch sized area rug. She continued to pretend that she was helping him and as I closed in like a REAL predator, she asked if we were going to need anything. YA THINK? I started the timer on my phone, assuming that we had already been waiting for over 25 minutes. Once the front desk sent someone to help her (because I finally asked them for help), neither of them knew how to figure the square footage price. Dum Dee Dum ... Once we got to the checkstand, my timer said 40 minutes. Ta Da! Over an hour for an ill equipped, not willing to help customer SERVICE person to cut ONE YARD by 12 ft. (already cut) piece of turf. Went straight to Lowes to buy the rest of our stuff. Bye Bye HD!!

I was blown away at the professionalism and service I received from The Home Depot for our new Milgard Windows. The sales person, Joe, showed up on time (which as we all know in Bullhead City is a rarity), and was so helpful. I would recommend this guy to anyone. Our new windows are amazing, and dramatically cut down the heat, dust and air coming through our old windows.

Bought $17,000 tile. Took 6 weeks for a 10 install plus my house was so damaged. Chips of paint tiles removed and not replaced in bathroom. Cost me over $200 to fix all repairs. They ran air conditioner at 73 during summer and had all doors open!! Lucky that that didn't break also . Then ordered a French door. Took 6 months to come in. Crew were told to measure for a sliding door not a French door. But width was 70 inches door arrived was 70 1/2 inches!!! You pay them immediately and they hold your money for installation and everything making money on interest. But when they owe you a refund and it's been 11 days. Called again now they want to 'put it back on my debit card---AGAIN!! So I can wait another week or more to get my money. These are the last things I'm buying there

Home Depot is pretty good for having everything you need for you home repairs. The employees are pretty knowledgeable about what they sell and are a pleasure to deal with.all around good experience.

Every Household Needs A Home Depot. This Establishment is Huge. Customer Service is Ok. Nothing To Brag About. Prices are Moderate. Plenty of Parking. Located in A Good Area.

So i want to thank everyone there for one. It was 120 degrees outside yesterday. My moms car broke down outside and she needed help because her phone had died. Shes elderly and had health problems so im extremely grateful for the kindness she told me she received yesterday from your store. The manager there, we dont know her name, helped my mom. She called AAA for her to get her car towed, helped charge her phone so she could get ahold of me, offered her water, and made sure she was ok every time she went by. And y'all were busy. If it weren't for your kindness my mom would of had to walk in the heat to find someone that would be willing to call for her. It could of lead to her being in the hospital or possibly dying because of how hot it is. So i will recommend you any chance i get. Not all hero's wear capes, sometimes they wear Home Depo aprons.

They sent me a broken shelf unit because it's was only wrapped in plastic, no box, guess what you can't return by mail unless you have it in a box. They refuse to send me a box so I can return it by mail, I paid extra for shipping so I didn't have to go into the store. I did not get what I paid for. I mean your a multimillion dollar company fighting me over a 20 dollar shelf unit??? Give me what paid for.

Needed to rent a tool for a home renovation. Idk if Chuck work off commission but boy did he try to tell me EVERYTHING I was gonna need to do the job. Thank you for speaking to me as if I was an idiot btw. What I needed wasn't available so I went back a different day and dealt with a different associate Paul that was friendly and extremely helpful. Got what I needed and got the job done. Day of return...chuck again standing around with his hand in his pocket while others jumped in to help unload the equipment. Chuck then decides to let me know that next time he will charge me $100 if I don't clean it properly. I was never educated or told about cleaning. I guess this is another one of his personal up charges. Even if there is a cleaning fee mention it next time with a little education on it as well. One bad seed ruins it for everyone. I'll just by the tools at Lowe's next time....

I ordered a set of French doors to replace my sliding patio entry thru Home Depot. I was told it would take about 6-8 weeks for the door to be made, which was fine. I had also scheduled the painter to come to paint the interior of the house but thought I gave Home Depot enough time to get the door delivered. Long story short, the door was delivered 1 day prior to the painters arriving. The door contractor removed the sliding glass door and proceeded to install the french doors. When he went to put the hardware on, he noticed their was a hole that had been patched about 3 inches above where the deadbolt goes. So whoever was drilling the holes for the handle and deadbolt screwed up and just patched it. We also noticed that the hole for the handle was not round! It was flat on top and round at the bottom! Totally unprofessional workmanship! The contractor worked and got it to cover almost all of the hole. There was no way he was going to take out the french door and the jam and reinstall the sliding glass door. He told me to call HD and have them tell the vendor to either compensate me $$ or bring another door. Don't forget I had the painters starting the next day and the doors needed to be painted. I had the painters paint both the interior and exterior of the new doors. Masonite offered $100.00 or they would replace the 1 side but refuse to pay for the painting. Now I am stuck with paying extra for the painter to come back out and paint the new door or take a measly $100.00 for all of my time and trouble not to mention how terrible the door looks. The door was over $1,000.00 so I was asking for $500.00 or a new door and they would pay for the installation and painting. Masonite is refusing to pay for paint. They said I shouldn't have painted the door. I would have had to have the painter come out again (at my expense) to paint the new door once we received it(probably another 6-8 weeks). Why should I have to pay extra for painting the door when it was Masonite and HD who screwed up in the first place! I will NEVER go back to HD, not even for a roll of tape! Lowe's will be the only store I go to now! Thank God for Lowe's! Oh, by the way, Home Depot has the worst employees ever! They don't know anything about the products for which they are selling! They need to clean house from the GM all the way down to the janitor! They suck!

I went to the Home Depot to find drought resistant plants. When I got to the plant nursery, I asked the cashier if she could help me with finding appropriate plants for my front yard. She called over a male associate who walked me over to some plants. "Do you know how to read?" he asked. "Of course," I replied. He pointed at a tag that was attached to a pot and told me to read the label. He then left without giving me the opportunity to ask any questions or to point out that there were a great many plants that had no tags. I left Home Depot and went to Lowes. All of the associates at Lowes were wearing masks. None of the associates at the Home Depot had their mouths covered. Even though the Covid-19 shelter in place restrictions have been lifted, 428 people in Mohave County have been infected. 49 have died. The Mohave Daily News has reported that 3 additional Covid-19 cases were reported just today. This pandemic isn't over. I won't shop at a store where I don't feel safe and where associates make snide comments. This is not the first problem I've had with this store. A few months ago I bought a stove and a microwave. When I tried to request a time for delivery, I was told that I couldn't do this. I couldn't even specify AM or PM. The Home Depot associate expected me to take the day off to accommodate a delivery and installation. When I was about to cancel my order, he told me that he could arrange delivery for Saturday. I agreed. What I didn't know was that he had meant the Saturday two weeks down the road, not the Saturday for the coming weekend. I rearranged my schedule to be home for delivery and no one ever arrived. After complaining to a store manager, I applied for and received a full refund. I should have stopped shopping at this Home Depot at this point but since it's convenient to where I live, I gave them another chance. Silly me. This won't happen again.

Absolutely the worst experience ever getting carpet! We were told $900 less than what they wanted to charge us the next day. Stating 3 employees were new and they couldn't provid anything promised to us!!!! Horrible!

I have never experienced such incompetence. Went on 4/29 purchased a refrigerator, said they were out of stock had to wait a week 5/6 delivery day comes along NO REFRIGERATOR, call # on paperwork they have NO RECORD of delivery, gave me another # to warehouse, they never answer
