Terrible customer service they never answer their phones. I purchased a refurbished Xbox X that turned out to be faulty. I have the insurance but they have no new Xbox is to sell me they will not refund my trade, so I have no Xbox to play and I have no money to shop someplace else to buy one. So basically, they are holding me hostage to buying a unit from them because they are holding my trade money and will not refund that.

There phone has been down all day. I go in to do a trade and the girl can't do it because she don't wanna get in trouble do to her boss not properly training her. When I asked just to purchase one come to find out they don't have any or she didn't even wanna go to the back and look for one. I was told by her to just go to Walmart lmao. Ugh no, I ha e warranty threw y'all so why would I go to Walmart.

Tried returning a new unopened game system along with the games the day after I purchased it. Michael the employee refused to exchange it saying it was store policy that once I leave the store I can't return it. I called customer care to try an online return to be told by the customer care person that I am able to return the item. I went inside GameStop with the customer care on the phone for and still the employee refused to do it and said he wanted to hear it from a supervisor. Forcing the customer care rep to bring in a supervisor. All to be told that he can return the item because it is company policy which I'm sure he already knew. He then proceeded to allow people to get in front of me saying that it would take a while to do it so he has to help other people in the store first which I did not complain about. Finally one of the other customers said for him to just finish my return. He then took his time just to make me stay there allowing his line to build up as well. Looks like I will stick with online purchases for now on.

1/1/22 The 2 people working today are awesome, patient and professional. Most of al pleasant. I bought a PS4 with my son and they bent over backwards and even gave a really nice controller!. If you are the owner reading this, you probably already know they are the s*&^....pleas keep them.
