I love my neighborhood Family Dollar for picking up needed items quickly. They are usually well-stocked and almost always have what I'm looking for. Staff at location on Hancock is super friendly!

I always love coming here however i did see a issue that should be resolved. I seen a customer come in with a coupon from a cigarette manufacturer and the employee refuse to accept it contacted manager and manager denied the coupon. You're able to put the store that you are in and they're supposed to take the coupon however the manager and the employee went to Great lengths to dismiss the customer even talking to her like she was beneath them or crazy

I thought my total was higher than I anticipated. The cashier was talking nonstop about everything under the sun, and she ended up scanning 2 items twice, so $11.50 extra!!! I tried calling the store, but they do not answer the phone!!! So I will have to make another trip out in this bad wind to get a refund.

The store I'm doing the review on is located in Kingman Arizona - Amazing the new face lift (renovation) the employees are wonderful and very helpful. Definitely go there and refer. Love it!
