Went with my neices to get prom dresses. Only 1 found a dress here she loved. It’s literally falling apart, seems are coming apart and sequins are falling off!!! For the price paid for this dress it should not be this cheaply made!! And it would be amazing if someone would answer the phone and provide some customer service!!!

I went to Elikas for all my dresses when I was in high school. She always provided me with what I was looking for and made sure it fit like a glove! They are the best in town for stylish and affordable dresses.

When i first booked , over a year ago i thought she was great. Then i had to make changes then she got snippy. She started not returning my messages until days or weeks later. Her mom ran the shop when she wasn't there and she doesn't speak any English. Then i went to cancel and she didn't have my cake topper or the rest of my deposit. Then she said she will have the rest tomorrow but keeping a deposit. I am almost a month from my date you do not need a deposit. You said 2 weeks!!!! Due to unforeseen circumstances did i have to cancel the wedding not by choice and she is making things worse.

Quiero que sepan todos las personas que compran en esta tienda Elikas no son profesionales a mi hija hoy la trataron como una vil basura ella comprí³ en apartado un vestido zapatos y collar ellos terminaron perdiendo sus zapatos y su collar y aíºn así todavía tienen el descaro la desfachatez de enojarse, de tratarla como una vil basura la corrieron de la tienda porque obvio se molestí³ mucho, yo les llame, les dice que valía más que encontraran esos artículos pues ya estaban pagados, y yo no creo que eso sea profesional, le dijeron que ni ella ni yo somos bienvenidos a la tienda, así que tengan cuidado con estas personas bye. Elikas, NO eres la íºnica opcií³n, gracias a la tecnología está la internet, Estamos a 2 hrs. De Las Vegas también. Perdiste 2 clientes valiosas.

Amazing!!! Berenice provided us with the cake and it was amazing!! She has so much stuff in her store its awesome! She was super friendly and super patient, which I appreciate because i was a wreck!!!
