The customer service CVS has is always awful, and that's why I don't shop here. Last time I shopped with CVS was a year ago and I had a bad experience then, I don't know why I thought it would be better.

Leeann was wonderful. We had a pet emergency late at night and needed hydrogen peroxide but I needed to add a syringe and he didn't have his cell phone so she relayed the message and helped save our fur baby ?

Had a prescription to be filled for a 90 day supply ordered two weeks ago and still didn't receive it. Was given a lesser amount necessitating paying $150 for first prescription then will have to pay another $150 for remainder. They make more money that way. Never go there. Another lady in mine was also being given a hard time on her prescription as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! MY DR CALLED IN A SCRIPT 10 DAYS AGO (which apparently needed an authorization through insurance) NO ONE AT CVS EVER LET ME NOR MY DR KNOW!!! ICAME IN TO GET IT AND THE 7 DAYS THAT COULD PICK UP WAS’NT EVEN READY AFTER 10 DAYS!! MY INSURANCE & DR SAID THEY NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED ANYONE THAT IT NEEDED AUTHORIZATION! SO APPARENTLY THEY JUST THREW IT ASIDE!WHEN CONFRONTED FROM MY DR THEY WERE SO RUDE!! NEEDLESS TO SAY HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET SERVICE FROM SOMEONE THAT KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

FUCK this place! I got pink eye on a business trip to California and went to a walk in urgent care to get medicine, I said my pharmacy was CVS. They didn't have it and I was told it was going to take a few days that they were going to get it. It's now going on in 3 weeks, I called the pharmacy after 2 times of getting texts that my medicine was in and being told it's not in then when I called again to see if my medicine was in, they finally said they weren't able to get it in and was supper rude, then said they couldn't help me and then hung up on me.

My experience here was honestly amazing!!! Very helpful staff. Cashier Andrew had a bit of a hard time with a customer and I was very impressed on how he handled the situation. He was very professional and very calm although a customer was being incredibly rude and yelling at him!! Amazing to see people take their job seriously!!! Good for him he should be praised for this! It's very hard to find employees like this nowadays!!!

All I came here for us to print out a label, I said desi for help & she tells me to read the instructions. I already tried reading the instructions 3 times that's why I asked for help . She said yes it prints out a label when I asked her , then when I was about to pay I asked her again is this a label or picture? Desi said it's a picture. I said I wanted a label not a picture. She said back a picture is the same as a label . A label is not the same as a picture and it's ok for me to want a label! She was yelling & following me while I was walking out the door! Bad customer service for desi !

I went to CVS Bullhead City Az Nov 9 to pick up UPS package. CVS is access point contractor for UPS. Nick who claimed to be the manager told me the package was not there. I showed him UPS notification to pick up the package, He told me the notification was incorrect and the driver did not drop it off. I identified the package. He brought the package to the counter and refused to give it to me. His associate told me he did not know he did not know how to use the scanner, he told me the scanner was broken. I had to argue to get my package, This guy is arrogant and rude. This is poor service. for not only CVS store it is UPS mismanagement of their access point. Colean the so called store manager needs to be fired. She is unable to manage and control her staff.
